„Do not book here. Literally no customer service. Signs are not clear on where the hotel is. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds ever. You’re better off sleeping in a hostel for cheaper. There’s two night clubs that blast music all night; which is what was expected. But the clubs were super lame overall. You’re pretty much in a room with a double bed and that’s all to it. There were only two plates, no cutting knives, the glasses had sticky goo all over them, the stove did not work, there was no drinking water available. „Amazing experience and we loved our stay here! The property is beautiful and the staff were attentive and polite. Mario was great and always super helpful. The food was good, but I recommend bringing your own snacks if you have growing children that need a snack every so often. My only recommendation for improvement would be to supply each villa with an Ecofiltro water filter or stock each villa with plenty of bottled water. „Only there for a night. The host/manager could have done a better job explaining how to get there, instead of simply suggesting to use Waze maps! Also, they are building a new house at the bottom of the property, so it's a little dangerous having to walk thru a construction site to get to the beach down below. „The home is set out of town and you need to make sure you have transportation planned to go to and from as it's not near areas most would want to visit. 2 very friendly and playful dogs kept up entertained.“

„We found out last minute that Expedia had overbooked the property so we were left without accommodations for multiple hours on each day. Luxury Atitlan did its ultimate best to accommodate our stay. We would love to hear back from Expedia as we were forced to move on four separate occasions. One particular night was completely off-site and was not comparable to what the nightly cost was. “

The location is about 10-15minutes walk to town with young children, so ideal for anyone who enjoys peace and quiet but doesn't want to be reliant on transport to get groceries or experience the local community and culture. He is a scammer, asked us to pay him cash because according to him he had not received payment from Vrbo/HomeAway and our pending charge on our credit card would be removed. He charms you with good customer service and seems trust worthy but DO NOT GIVE HIM CASH! We've been trying to get a refund for almost a year now and Vrbo hasn't done anything about it either! "Super schönes Hotel. Ruhig gelegen und in Gehdistanz zum See und dem sehr ursprünglichen Ort. Personal sehr aufmerksam. Essen war super lecker. Einziger Minuspunkt, es waren gleichzeitig 2 grössere Reisegruppen dort. Hatte aber keinen Einfluss auf den Service. Und ich bin mir nicht sicher, aber ev. erhielt ich dadurch ein grösseres und noch schöneres Zimmer😊."
