„Peace and quiet at its best. The property was as described(read description). Very clean and secured, yet close to everything you could need. Enjoyed the sunrises over the lake and sitting on the patios talking with family. Did a little fishing and caught a few, which was surprising in the 101 heat of Mississippi summer. The A/C inside the house was a great retreat during the mid day heat, for watching a movie on any streaming service or scrolling the internet with great WiFi service. I cannot ...

„My group have been having annual fishing trips for over 20 years and this seems to be our best accommodation. Really loved the setup for boat parking, charging, fish cleaning and adequate lighting all around. Comfort seating in the family room. Nice bar set up. Adequate kitchen supplies. Nice deep freezer on the back porch. Overall a very nice stay.“

„Just a wonderful property to get away and simply relax. Woke up every morning (except game day in Oxford to watch our Sooners) and fished a little off of the dock on the beautiful pond that is right off the front of the house. Evenings on the front porch watching the sunset and later on the screened in porch off the back. Just a wonderful experience complimented by wonderful hosts. “
