„My family and I stayed at English Prarie BNB for Christmas in 2024 (i.e., 11 adults, 4 kids, 2 dogs). It was perfect!!! The host Mike was quite communicative and his attention to detail was second-to-none. The property felt like a home away from home. It was fully decorated for the holidays, complete with a tree and holiday lights and red table runners and cute little candy cane drawer pulls and a hundred other small holiday-themed details all over the home which were so thoughtful!!! The host ...

„This place was amazing. Located right in the center of it all. Communication was easy and everything was in order. The accommodations were clean, neat and beautifully decorated. The deck outside is amazing. It was a little chilly (November) however during the sunny daytime hours we enjoyed sitting out on the deck. This location is so close to everything. We enjoyed our stay.“

„Our group of about fifteen, including four kids, had a great time! The spot is an easy drive from Milwaukee, but plenty secluded and a beautiful area. The kids had a ton of fun on the private lake with the provided paddleboat, and the house was amazingly spacious for the adults to spread out and relax. The owners were very gracious and responsive to questions - it's clear they care deeply about the property. We would definitely come back!“

„Great little spot just steps away from the lake (50 yards)...comfortable bedroom with upstairs bunkbeds and single beds...newer bathrooms, and in a super cute neighborhood of cottages. The place was super clean, had plenty of kitchen tools, and is 5 minutes from grocery, and other fast foods spots off highway 50. We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful fall colors of Lake Delevan. Thanks! “

„The lodging was just what I needed for my short stay. The only problem I experienced (which is a very important to me) was the in ability to control the heating. Its either on or off. When its off, it's going to get super cold and when its on, it will get super hot and uncomfortable. I had to open the window often to cool of. “

„This was a very smooth experience from start to finish, and the home was very clean and comfortable. Communication was great! The property is a well maintained traditional lake house that is convenient to the lake and town. Would definitely rent again!“

„We were unable to check in until several hours after the check in time due to a plumbing issue the host did not proactively communicate about. Host did not use the entry keypad code they requested we set. The listing indicated 7 bedrooms for a total of 2 king beds, 1 queen, 10+ twin beds, and additional futons. On arrival there was only 1 double bed, 10 twin beds, a couple of futons. We had to make alternate accommodations for half our group. The host did not respond to outreach at all the first ...

"Zimmer waren abends immer noch nicht gemacht. Lt. Rezeption sei das in diesem Hotel nur alle 2-3 Tage der Fall. Wir haben dann nach Telefonat wenigstens ein paar frische Handtücher in der Plastiktüte bekommen. Frühstück hat eine halbe Stunde gedauert, bis die Bestellung an den Tisch gebracht wurde."

"Ein super Hotel für einen kurzen Trip. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war auch sauber und hatte alles was wir bräuchten. Auch ein Babybett war verfügbar obwohl es bei der Hotelbeschreibung als "nicht verfügbar" angezeigt wurde. Also wirklich top! Nicht so gut gefallen hat uns die Frühstücksmöglichkeit. Hier gab es nur das Cafe in der Lobby, das leider nur eine sehr begrenzte Auswahl hatte. Außerdem wurde dort alles in einmal Verpackung serviert, so dass bei einem Frühstück zu zweit mit Kaffee und Croissant extrem viel Müll angefallen ist. Das ist aus meiner Sicht für ein nachhaltiges Hotel leider nicht sehr glaubwürdig. "
