„Perfect space for our needs! We loved being close enough to Palo Duro and Amarillo for easy day trips. The spacious living room gave us plenty of room and the kitchen was great for preparing most of our meals at home. “

„I somehow always mess things up when I book but the women who owns this place is very nice and understanding. I sleep the best here then any hotel. It’s by far my favorite little house! I’ll be back to this area in a year and I’ll book again without question. Hopefully this time I don’t mess up the booking lol “

„The directions to the property were great. It was clean and cute. The kids enjoyed the pingpong table and the basketball goal. There's a fire pit in the backyard and 3 TVs. It's about 15-20 minutes from the middle of Amarillo. Nice and secluded.“

„We have a lot of family in Canyon. This was a very peaceful place to stay while visiting. Location is great, clean, an quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. “

„We have stayed at many VRBOs and this one has been our favorite so far! The neighborhood is quiet, off street parking is available. It's decorated super cute! The bed was comfortable, the living area so comfortable our daughter fell asleep on the couch. ❤️ I truly hope it's available when we comeback.“

„It was just my husband and I ... we really enjoyed our stay, The views, the peacefulness and a gorgeous sunrise are all very good reasons to visit again. Grounds are extremely well maintained and manicured. Love their policies on land management. Clean and comfortable ... our only negative was trying to get the grill going to cook our steaks. We ended up having to cook them under the broiler. A very minor negative when compared to all the positives. “

„My kids (10, 9, 5) loved all the games they had. They would wake up early before our trek into the canyon and play shuffleboard, fooseball, and ping pong with each other. The view was amazing and communication was great! Kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were very comfy. If you are looking for a family friendly space with games to entertain your kids..THIS IS IT! “
