"Unser Aufenthalt im Rixos Al Maareed war von Anfang bis Ende einfach fantastisch. Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine traumhafte Lage direkt am privaten Sandstrand, die großzügige und gepflegte Anlage sowie das herausragende Service-Niveau. Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet – mit tollem Ausblick auf das Meer oder den Garten. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Vielfalt an kulinarischen Angeboten in den verschiedenen Restaurants: Ob orientalisch, international oder mediterran – alles war frisch, abwechslungsreich und qualitativ hochwertig. Der Service ist absolut erstklassig: Das Personal war stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Auch bei kleinen Anliegen wurde uns sofort geholfen. Die Poollandschaft ist großzügig gestaltet und auch für Familien ideal. Für Kinder gibt es zahlreiche Aktivitäten, während Erwachsene sich im Spa oder beim Sport erholen können. Die All-Inclusive-Leistungen sind hervorragend – sowohl bei Speisen als auch bei Getränken. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Rixos Al Maareed uneingeschränkt empfehlen – sei es für Paare, Familien oder Alleinreisende, die Erholung auf hohem Niveau suchen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! "

"We recently had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is positioned in the higher price range. Given this, we expected the rooms to be in an exclusive condition. However, we noticed that some areas, such as the villa furnishings and overall maintenance, could use some improvements. A timely renovation would greatly enhance the guest experience. Despite these concerns, we truly enjoyed our time here and appreciate the beautiful setting and friendly staff."

"Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah was fantastic. From the friendly welcome to the seamless check-in, everything set the tone for a wonderful trip. The spacious rooms are beautifully designed, featuring comfortable beds and excellent housekeeping. We enjoyed the half-board option, with an impressive breakfast variety that included delicious avocado toast and a wide selection of pastries. Dinner in the buffet restaurant was also exceptional, and the hotel has several other dining options worth exploring. A notable highlight was the brand-new kids' club and teenage club, offering engaging activities like table tennis and reading corners, ensuring children have an enjoyable experience. The wellness area includes a fitness center and outdoor pools, including a family pool and an adults-only pool for relaxation. I did experience a minor issue with our late checkout request. Despite being offered an extension until 2:00 PM, we were called at 12:15 PM to check out immediately, which was frustrating and highlighted a need for better internal communication. Overall, we highly recommend the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah for its exceptional service and outstanding facilities. It's a perfect destination for families and couples alike!"

"Das Hotel ist sehr groß und weitläufig. Je nach Zimmerlage kann man mit einem Wagen gefahren werden. Positiv: Ein sehr gut durchdachtes Hotel, viel Personal, alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Beim Essen wird auf Sauberkeit geachtet, es gibt einen ruhigeren Bereich für Erwachsene (16 ), sehr angenehm wenn man keine oder nur größere Kinder hat. Sowohl Strand wie auch am Pool viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten zum liegen. Wunderschön gestaltet. Negativ: Der Strand an sich gefällt mir persönlich nicht, die Pools werden extra runtergekühlt was mir persönlich zu kalt war. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit zwei Queenbetten gebucht und bekamen ein Zimmer mit Kingbett was für drei (2 Erw und eine 16jährige) zu wenig ist. So musste einer auf dem sehr unbequemen Sofabwtt schlafen, mit Eisenstangen unter der dünnen Matratze , furchtbar. Erst nach 3 Nächten bekamen wir das gebuchte Zimmer und konnten umziehen. Sehr ärgerlich bei dem hohen Preis den wir extra zahlten. An zwei Tagen wollte ich meiner Tochter Essen ins Zimmer bringen da sie erkrankt war. Das wurde strikt verboten und nur der Zimmerservice durfte das Essen ins Zimmer bringen. Dies dauerte knapp 20 Minuten und so war das Essen dann kalt. Auch ärgerlich. Wasser aufs Zimmer ist kostenfrei, 3 Tage habe ich an der Rezeption um Wasser gebeten und es nie bekommen. Also das funktionierte leider auch nicht. Klimaanlage und Fön funktionierten auch nicht. "

"The hotel is encapsulated on both sides by active 24/7 construnction sites in the excavation stage. Excavaters work day and night with terrorfying "beepbeepbeep" every 10 seconds while moving backwards, even at 1 am in the middle of the night. There was no information in the hotel discrption when we booked. We quit after the first night and hope to get our money back for the other nights."

The staff were super friendly, professional, and welcoming, which set a great tone for our stay. Breakfast: The breakfast was impressive, with a fantastic variety of options to suit all tastes. The quality of the food was excellent, and it was clear that attention had been paid to even the smallest details. Kids Club: While the kids’ club was a nice feature, it seemed more suitable for older children. It would be a great improvement to enhance the offerings for younger kids, particularly those aged 0–3, to make it more inclusive for families with toddlers and babies. Beach: The beach was another highlight—super clean, well-maintained, and an absolute pleasure to relax on. Overall, Mövenpick Marjan Island offers a fantastic experience for families and couples alike, with just a bit of room for improvement in the kids’ club for younger children. Highly recommend it for a luxurious and family-friendly getaway!"
