„1. Getting difficult to.find the exact location of property, its helpful if mentioned the building name. 2.Whole night struggled to run the heating but didnt work survived without heating. 3. Wifi id provided not available in the premises. “

„Lovely house with enclosed garden for our dog. Fridge and freezer needed a good clean and the cups needed replacing ( cracked and badly stained). Otherwise all was good!“

„The cottage had been beautifully renovated and was located centrally in the old district of town. A couple of small things would have improved the stay-the stairs to the second storey were steep and a bannister rail would have been appreciated, several basic supply items were lacking- no tea bags or fire lighters to light the kindling and wood supplied, and the heating automatically turned off after short periods and not all heaters appeared to be working. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.“

„Absolutely brilliant cottage. All new fixtures and fittings with everything you could need for your stay. The drains smell came and went- not sure where it came from and it didn’t really bother us. Location fantastic for walks along the coast and short drive to other coastal towns. Would recommend“

„An amazing property with incredible views of the coastline & Saltburn beach & pier. Good sized bedrooms and living room/kitchen. Bathroom could with some attention - a little damp on far wall. Although lovely shower. Property is on the fourth floor so be prepared!! “

„Great weekend in a beautiful place, plenty of space for us all to be and each bedroom very comfortable. Easy access for taking a walk on the cliffs to saltburn which a few of the group attempted! All in all a great property that was clean and spacious and good for large groups.“

„We let ourselves in Friday evening via key box. Very musty at first. A couple minor shortcomings a broken toilet in one bedroom, and toilet seat in another. Other than that a pretty spacious place for a long weekend.“

„This house is on a quiet street and more spacious than it looks. We were very comfortable here for a week. The local people were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the beach which is spotless, the must-do funicular railway and tea and cake at the tea rooms next to the Italian Gardens. We also took trips to Staithes, Whitby, Runswick Bay and by train to Durham. The weather was mixed but didn't hinder our enjoyment.“

„Amazing property right in the heart of Saltburn on Sea. It made a great base for myself and my three adult children and partners spend a week together. The facilities were brilliant and the house was warm and inviting. Loved the town being so near to pop out for a coffee int he morning, supermarket stop and possibly a quick drink in the evening. So convenient. Would love to come back.“
