„Sehr modernes und sauberes Zimmer mit einer Küchenecke. Die Lage von dem Hotel ist auch sehr zentral. Nur ein paar Sachen zu bemängeln: als ich einchecken wollte, musste ich ca. 10 min warten, da niemand in der Rezeption war. Ich konnte auch nicht rein ins Hotel, nur erst, wenn einige Gäste rauskamen. Beim Frühstück gibt es sehr wenig Gemüse und Obstsalat war auch an einem Tag aus.“

„Hier war wirklich alles stimmig. Die Herrschaften am Empfang waren freundlich und kompetent, die Zimmer geräumig, modern, toll ausgestattet und top gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage vom Hotel ist super zentral, trotzdem gab es Nachts keinen Lärm und konnten wir gut schlafen.“

„Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen; ein Supermarkt und ein China-Restaurant sind im Haus.Das Appartment war geräumig und gut eingerichtet und alles Wichtige war vorhanden. Besonderen Dank an die Dame von der Rezeption, die mir in einer Notlage mit persönlichem Einsatz sehr geholfen hat!“

„Lovely clean apartment that looks really impressive and modern. Unfortunately the temperature was set to 25 degrees and we were unable to change this, whilst trying to get ready for a formal event. It was rather uncomfortable putting a suit on in 25 degree heat!!!“

„Studio 1 has enough space for three people and you get all the necessary information you need before arriving at the house (Keys, how to get there, etc). It was very easy to get there from the train station and you can easily reach every Shakespeare-related sight by foot . The beds and the sleeping sofa are very comfortable as well. „I cannot recommend this beautiful cottage enough. It was practically perfect in every way. Maggie is fabulous and her homemade Victoria sponge is to die for. You will not want to leave this chocolate box of a cottage no matter how long you stay. Best rental I’ve ever stayed in. “

„Access to the property was well communicated by the host. The host did a good work regarding the cleanliness of the property. Nice environment, although the washand basin was leaking which possibly the host might not be aware about, I sincerely cannot fault this property. “

A slept in bed, dirty sheets, one towel, a vile shared bathroom, questionable communal areas, people loitering in hallways repeatedly trying bedroom doors, poor lighting, dirty and stained carpets and the area around the property is badly lit and seems generally unsafe. Poor contact from owners with an air of contempt when contacting them to gain access to the property because they hadn’t sent passcode details for the main access door. „The accommodation was clean, parts of the floor need attention, bathroom was clean with 1 towel and loo roll. Initial communication was fine but the tv nor internet wasn’t working so any coms re these issues absolutely not response, event tried calling but no answer. I know the area very well but as this is essentially an extension to a residential property it doesn’t look like a hotel. „Perfect quiet place for two after several days of city sounds. A few great places to eat as long as you have a reservation. Can walk to everything. Good bakery with espresso not too far. The Cotswold Way begins (or ends) here so there are plenty of walkers about... like mentioned earlier make those reservations if it's a busy season.“

Für eine Nacht ok

"Hotel war okay für eine Nacht. Unfreundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Zimmer ist für englische Standards okay, Betten passabel, sauber, Handtücher sauber. Für ein B&B Hotel etwas veraltet, aber das kennt man ja von England. Der Teppichboden, Fenster und Türen sollten mal erneutert werden"
