„Only saving grace, room was clean. The property is in terrible shape overall with very basic features. The people at the front desk were nice, but even the basic amenities were missing. Due to the current rush for hotels in Riyadh, these properties are getting a look-in at severely inflated prices. Else it is not even worth 10% of rental they charge.“

„Nice apartment hotel, there aren’t many shops nearby or things to do….and as is the case in Riyadh mostly, you need a car to get to anywhere….so not very convenient “

„The property is centrally located and it’s under renovation. As long as you stay in the renovated units you will have a great experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only feedback I would have is to have English speaking crew on staff on all times to help with communication with non-Arabic speakers. “

„Very basic“

„Very poor experience - asked for iron for clothes, they provided partially damaged one and full of dirt. I cleaned the iron using the small towel in the room and was asked to pay for the towel as it had more than normal dirt!! Hotel claimed that damaged which was not the case but did not accepted their fault of handing a dirt accumulated iron which if not cleaned would have left my shirt non usabale for the day!!! “

„Good value for money. Room was like a good size studio, clean. Bathroom was a bit small but everything needed was available. Didn't see if the hotel had amenities. The immediate area is not great but you have nice coffee and F&B choice 5-7min walk from it. Also, quite central in Riyadh and only 15min drive from Business district. I believe it could be much nicer if they could renovate the big cafe/restaurant downstairs“

„Die Zimmer sind zwar groß, aber abgewohnt. Das Bett ist neu, alles andere alte Möbel. Zimmer neben Stromgenerator sehr laut. Nichts für Leute mit leichtem Schlaf. Für eine Nacht ok. Mehr nicht.“
