„We have stayed in a lot of VRBO’s but this exceeded all of our expectations. The owners were WONDERFUL to communicate quickly and often. We were welcomed by fresh flowers and a sweet note. The home has been completely remodeled/updated and decorated so lovely! The sunroom was amazing as was the dock and chairs. Highly recommend. “

„The owners were very happy to make sure we had what we needed. A few requests were addressed immediately. All in all it was good. The only problem was that you had to park about 100 feet away from entrance and walk over a grassy hill. Most times wet. “

„The Hidden Cottage is so tastefully decorated and thoughtfully appointed, and an ideal location from which to visit our daughter during St Olaf’s Christmasfest. I will definitely hope to stay again at this charming cottage duplex unit. The property is compact, with very steep stairs to the two bedrooms. Something to know, as the stairs were a bit of a worry with my 85 year old father who stayed with us. “

„First I am normally not a complainer. I have also stayed in many VRBOs. All very positive experiences.I was expecting rustic because this place looked dated. However upon arrival there is an odor in the home that could not clearly be explained. We bought candles to help with the smell. It is supposed to be supplied with enough towels and wash clothes for 13 guests. It is not. They are working on flooring up stairs so one room was subfloor. Not completed. The bedroom closets were filled with ...

„Very nice property for a family gathering. We had a great time.The 2 year old found plenty of toys. The kitchen could use better cooking and serving supplies, especially microwave dishes. The beds were very comfortable. “

„We had our annual extended family get away here vs staying in northern MN or Wisc. We all enjoyed how close it was to our actual homes (MPLS and St Paul) and were impressed with all the amenities, like towels, soap, toilet paper. Past experience we’ve had properties that only leave you one roll of toilet paper (example). The fire pit was wonderful and the host responsive when we had a request. We would definitely come back again! “

„Location, location, location! If you are looking to have a family gathering, friend's weekend, mini-reunion, etc. this house is perfect. Located in a quiet neighborhood but with easy access to the Twin Cities for seeing the sites, enjoying the nightlife. We loved it for our group of 8. The host has kept up the maintenance and has what you need to use if you want to cook. We were there earlier in November but would love staying in warmer months. „Great location for a group flying in for business meetings. Large enough for everyone to have their own room and bathroom. We were even able to have meetings here. Close to shopping, airport and great restaurants. Next time our meeting location rotates to the twin cities, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Nancy!“

„Great place to stay in the Mankato, MN area. Nice, quiet property butting up to a city park with great facilities for kids. The property is a beautiful old (1912) church converted into two separate suites, each with a huge full kitchen and a large living/gathering area, and either 3 or 4 bedrooms. We hosted a total of 16 people with no problems. It just took a bit of schefuli forvthe bathrolms, as there is only 1 per suite.“

„We rented this home to accommodate our family for our 50th anniversary. Our grandchildren range from 9 months to age 17. Family of 22 stayed here and it great!!
