„We were in town for a tournament at the convention center and looking for something walking distance. This was perfect! Less than 5 min walk. The loft had everything we could have asked for and was immaculate. Instructions for entering the loft were clear and easy to follow, as well as communication before, during and after was A+! „We stayed in the cottage for 4 nights while in town for a family event with our daughter’s family. Great little place. It does have two bedrooms but only sleeping for 3 adults as the second bedroom has only a daybed. Main bedroom does have a queen size bed. Apartment has a large kitchen but not many utensils. It would be nice if more spoons,forks and cooking utensils were provided to be able to cook eggs etc. Also all pillows were as flat as pancakes. Maybe some new ones would be nice. Also ...

„Beautiful, newly renovated studio apartment very close to everything and with restaurants, bakeries and pubs few steps away. The owner was very responsive and courteous. I loved my stay and will certainly return. I highly recommend this place!“

„The property was as listed, however the key wasn't in the lockbox when we arrived and it took several calls from myself and VRBO customer service to reach the host to inform them of this. We waited an hour for someone to arrive with a key. Parking isnt convenient unless you pay the $15 daily for the lot across the street from the building. „We stayed 4 nights. This is in the Churchill section of Richmond, VA. It is conveniently located to so many nearby eatery's. The first morning I walked to the corner bakery and picked up some wonderful pastries and granola. We were going to the Richmond Convention Center everyday very convenient easy access via Martin Luther King Bridge. The Washer and Dryer were a huge plus, getting to do laundry allowed us to come home with a bunch of clean clothes. Magnificent retreat because it is a hidden ...

„Good proximity to downtown and parking was readily available. House was well supplied. We had one issue with the upstairs AC upon arrival but the hosts were responsive and got maintenance out the very next day. Hosts were accommodating. Very pleasant stay for our business/ pleasure trip. Our 6yo loved the “circle stairs”.“

"The staff at the Graduate Richmond are amazing. The food we had at the rooftop hit the spot. The only ‘negative’ aspect was the fan in the bathroom. Whenever you would turn on the light it started blating. It was quite annoying."
