„Very modern and lots of space. We were a bit confused on how to set up the sofa bed but that was purely user error lol. The only thing we didn’t like was the fact that there were no blinds on the patio door, especially since we were on the first floor. We ended up using a blanket to cover it up :)“

„The property was nice, and I love the location. The building had obviously just been renovated, and they did a great job with the space.We paid a cleaning fee as part of the rental. When we showed up, the laundry had not been done, there were dirty dishes in the sink, and the trash had not been taken out. It didn't really affect our stay, but it's a little upsetting when you are charged a cleaning fee and have to clean up behind the previous guests. On another note. The listing says that the ...

„Highly recommend this cute little house for a nice getaway weekend. We are from 4 hours away and drove down to the area for a mini vacation. The house is nicely set off the main drag which makes it very quiet at night. Literally can walk to shops, restaurants and bars. I highly recommend this VRBO listing. The host is an excellent communicator!!“

„ Overall good stay, we cooked our Thanksgiving dinner at the location. We had sufficient items and utensils to work with. Small problems are front door exterior light on porch not working. Also shower water does not get hot enough. Water from facet will scald but the showers are not adjusted to provide adequate hotwater. The amenities were as described, though we didn’t partake in the laundry that was located in the e basement. We had a short block and a half walk to the main historic strip, several great eateries and sweet shops for dessert. The next day was spent exploring the nearby science museum, which was only a 7 minute drive. “

„Nice apartment within a larger old building. Perfect for our evening out. We did dinner at Rappahannock (2 blocks away) and a show at The National (5 or 6 blocks). And best part was the walk up pizza place across the street. We got a couple slices at 12:30 am on the way back home. No issues with this place. “

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great neighborhood and location. We are all over 60 but we walked to the Virginia Museum of Fine Art and Carytown. The apartment was also very comfortable and had everything we needed. The owner also had Milk, eggs, bread, butter, and coffee already there for us. “

"The staff at the Graduate Richmond are amazing. The food we had at the rooftop hit the spot. The only ‘negative’ aspect was the fan in the bathroom. Whenever you would turn on the light it started blating. It was quite annoying."
