„It's a beautiful home set on a large property. It has a beautiful pool that we enjoyed and lots of room to spread out in. We met the owner who was very nice and obviously takes great pride in his property. In renting this property, you should know that it is 5-10 minutes from the main road on a gravel drive that is moderately maintained. „Everything was good but some things could be improved on. Two of bathrooms had no locks for doors which gets awkward with a lot of people. Also, one bathroom had no curtains for window into back yard. Three of the bedrooms have the same entrance into hallway so it can be awkward trying to change clothes and enter and exit rooms without disturbing several people. Overall very nice place. “

„This property is all about location. We went to an Aggie basketball game. Easy walk to Reed. House is older but remodeled. Beds are comfortable. Everything was clean. If you are doing anything on campus and need a close place, I’d highly recommend. “

„This property was clean but definitely had wear and tear! Neighborhood was very quiet for middle of college town. Management had good communication until I requested the code for door and specific address. They must have issues with people showing up early. I received a message asking me to reach out to them for the code, I did. 4 hours later they sent the code to me, which happened to be after 4pm which was checkin. “

„Our extended family was in town for the December Texas A&M graduation. Perfect location close to the University and quiet neighborhood.The house was wonderful so that our group could all be in one location. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware so our group could have meals together at home. There was a minor issue that arose and the Host was easy to contact and quick to resolve it fully.I would definitely rent again.“
