„There were six of us that stayed. The youngest was 12 and the oldest was 73. The property was as described. We lived the remoteness of it. It was so peaceful and quiet. It was a great time to connect as a family away from the “busyness “ of city life. “

„The location is great, close to downtown. The apartment is above a bar so beware if you need a goodnight sleep because it can get loud with the bar patrons just below you but after 2:00am it gets super quiet as all the drunks have went home for the night. Larry(host) was super responsive and helpful. The apartment was a little Smokey smelling even though no smoking was allowed. Seems the smoke from the bar kinda creeps in, so beware if you have smoke allergies. With all that being said the ...

„The owners were fantastic to work with and the home and property were beautiful. Although it rained nonstop the whole weekend, we still had a great time and were still able to enjoy our morning coffee on the front porch with gorgeous views all around!! I would highly recommend this home for a family weekend retreat.“

„This is a fantastic 4-bedroom house, truly better than the pictures on this website! The property manager got in touch with me, made sure we were well taken care of, and was very helpful. The house is well-stocked with anything and everything we needed. Excellent location in the country, close to the Ark Encounter, and a great place for a large family or group of friends.“

„We rented this house because there were 13 of us and we slept here comfortably. There is a greatly appointed kitchen and the table was a great place for family game night and laughs. The couches were so comfortable as were the beds. My one negative would be there were bugs present in the closets but i could tell that they were taking care of them. The manager was super friendly and great at responding! We absolutely want to stay again. “

„Hands down our favorite Vrbo stay ever! Three families stayed here for a mini vacation to Kentucky from SC. There was plenty of room for all, which was refreshing! The beds were very comfortable, house was clean, and the host paid attention to details which was so welcoming (coffee, bath salts, fall decor, stocked spices, wax melt warmers, and more). „This was my daughter’s preferred destination for her 13th birthday after we had visited about 4 years ago. The floor layout has changed a bit since the first trip, but all changes are improvements. It’s just an awesome place to hike, hang out, and decompress. We’ll definitely be back!“
