„We’ve been going to Sioux Falls for a summer swim meet for years and always stayed at a hotel. This was such a better experience giving the family room to spread out, a great location to access food (or make our own), and to bring our dog along on the trip. Will definitely do this again if we’re back in Sioux Falls in the future.“

„This place was so great! My whole SD family came for Thanksgiving dinner. There were enough places for everyone to eat. There was plenty of beds for those that stayed, and the bedding/pillows were great! The hot tub with the view was amazing. The outside and inside pictures do not do this lovely cabin justice. Perfect place! Warm and cozy. LOTS of bald eagles! Would love to come in Spring time to canoe/kayak the river. I’m from the area but needed a place for my family and I to set up base. ...

„We took our dog along for his first travel experience and selected this property for our weekend in Sioux Falls because of the dog-friendly amenities. It did not disappoint! Cozy and clean, the apartment was just what we needed for our brief stay. It is close to a lot of other central locations in the city and the neighborhood was perfect for a dog-walk or two. Recommend and will likely stay here again.“

„We had a lovely Chistmas vacation visiting our Sioux Falls relatives. The house was warm and accommodating and the Christmas tree was a special touch which was greatly appreciated! The kuerig collection was phenomenal! Thank you for the added attention to make our get together extra special. “

„This was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and updated. The host was very quick to reply when I had a question. There is a coffee pot and a keurig, there was coffee but no keurig cups. I feel if there is a keurig there should be the cups to put in it or a mention to bring some. “

„We literally couldn't be happier with our stay at "The Terrace." Host was communicative and helpful and the property itself exceeded expectations. Nice finishes, furniture and appliances. And generally just laid out very well for a small family. My wife and myself stayed in the downstairs bedroom with our 2 year old using the pack and play in the attached closet. (This is literally our ideal situation.) And our teenager really enjoyed having the loft bedroom all to herself. The living space on ...

„We enjoyed our stay over the Christmas holidays. The host had easy checkin process and welcomed us with goodies. The 4 bedrooms was a must for our family. And the sauna and hot tub made it that much more enjoyable. The toiletries were above and beyond! And the towels were the softest i have ever had at a rental. I appreciated the light up christmas tree and iCe melt for the driveway. Good location with a great lark across the street and fenced yard was a must! “
