„The property was pretty amazing and perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 children ranged 8-13 years old. Possibly could use a little improvement on some furniture and seating on the outdoor decks. Very convenient to the National Parks as well as grocery in Cochrane. We did have a few issues that needed attention, but fortunately the property manager, Leanne, was outstanding. She was easily contacted and reacted very quickly to our needs.“

„This is a beautiful and well kept property with an abundance of amenities. It easily accommodated a family of 12 adults with plenty of space and comfortable surroundings. It is off the beaten track in Spring Bank, hilly countryside, right next to the golf course. Location challenged our GPS, but we got there eventually. An enjoyable stay. Thanks, Ben & Fay.“

„Forced to provide ID for all my guests. This is not necessary and very unsafe to have to send in various ID via email. Property was aware that we were arriving late however did not make us aware that we would not be able to access lobby. Therefore locked out at 1130 pm upon arrival. Apartment has stained carpet, broken kitchen faucet, no box spring (mattress basically on floor), broken ice dispenser, dirty drawers, dirty shower, broken deadlock. Bedroom extremely hot. „My family and I stayed at this property over New Year's Eve, and it was absolutely fantastic! The house is perfect for a large family, with plenty of space to accommodate everyone comfortably. The entertainment options were a major highlight, we enjoyed the pool table, ping pong table, and the relaxing hot tub. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a fun and memorable getaway.“

"Empfang im Hotel war sehr freundlich und wir haben sehr viele Informationen bekommen. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Schuttle-Service zum Flughafen, das ist sehr praktisch. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp absolut zu empfehlen!"

"My experience could not have been better! Since I arrived too early (around 1:30 pm), I wasn't sure if I had to wait for my room to be available, however they directly checked me in. Staff was perfectly friendly and attentive, explaining everything in detail. They also made a late check-out possible which came in very handy. The room was spotlessly clean and full of amenities. There were complimentary water bottles (which were re-stocked every day), shampoo/conditioner/showering gel, body lotion, etc. I also loved the bed which was very comfortable! My visit included a complimentary breakfast. The quality was really good and staff was friendly, however the buffet was missing some things like yoghurt or cheese for example. It was still very good."
