„Die übernachteten 1 Nacht in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr alt, ungepflegt, sehr hellhörig. Kochgerüche ziehen in alle umliegenden Appartements. Die Klimaanlage mag man nicht anschalten, das Ausziehsofa ist eine Katastrophe. Schade bei der eigentlich schönen Lage. “

„Wir waren überrascht, denn die Zimmer sind sehr große komfortable Appartements mit gehobener Ausstattung. Nur das Bad hatte schon ein paar Jahre "auf dem buckel" war aber trotzdem sauber. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen! Mitten im Skigebiet.“

„Exceeded expectations. Amazing location with gondola access to base of the mountain that has shops and restaurants. Stayed in the spacious 2 bedroom unit with great layout. Easy check in, no rush check out. Loved our stay. “

„Stayed here last week-end 1/24-1/25/25. Initially received a key to the wrong room. Unknown to us, we unpacked, went skiing, and went to the hot tub. Later in the day when staff realized what had happened they were very prompt, courteous and efficient in correcting the problem. I'm sure it was an awkward situation for all but the management staff and other staff made it as smooth as could be. Nice work! Would definitely stay here again. Clean, great shuttle service and well maintained. “

„Right when we walked in the cabin was neat and put together quite well. There were plenty of cooking supplies to get us along for the short weekend we were there. The Lodge was so nice. It was so clean and neat. The floors were heated when you took your boots off at the door, making for a warm place to freshen up with a nice warm shower. I went early in the morning and no one else was showering at the same time as me which made my mornings feel slow and peaceful. We all really enjoyed our stay ...

„For the amount being charged each night, the fact that any housekeeping services were extra was not appreciated. Condition of the unit/building could see some improvement: some of steps in the outside stairwell were loose; bank of lights above the kitchen counter were not functional.“

„The house is very nice with lots of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Lots of wildlife viewing especially during the evening. Grandaughter saw a "tree weasel" (?). Milky Way was brilliant. Watched the space station go by. Nice remote location.“

„The location is great, and the unit is nice and comfortable. The kitchen is fairly well equipped. The description of ski-in, walk out is accurate. The shuttle service is hit or miss. I had one day when it was phenomenal, followed by a day when they were a bit challenged. Initially, we had only one key for 6 adults, which was a bit of a challenge, but eventually, that issue was rectified. Overall, I might rent a car next time I stay in this unit.“

„The condo was nicely appointed, loved having the washer/dryer in the unit, shower was great and a walk-in! My husband has mobility issues and it was a little difficult for him to get to. The bed was not as comfortable as I would have wished, along with the pillows...but we are in our 70's😁😉 and need something at ground level in the future.“

„We had a very enjoyable stay! Our unit was clean and well stocked. Wish we could have stayed longer, not just for the anticipation of fall colors but for the relaxation all over Steamboat. The only glitch was with checkin as there were two spot with the same address. Eventually found ours and all good.“

„Our vacation here was a real disappointment. The place was poorly maintained. The bed sagged deeply and was in bad need of replacement. The sliding glass door would not lock. The furniture was old, ugly, and uncomfortable. We could hear people on the floor below us until 2:15 in the morning. After the first night we considered foregoing our payment and finding another place to stay. Don't stay here!“

"Check In war fast unmöglich, da wir die angekündigte E-Mail nicht erhalten haben. Eine persönliche telefonische Erreichbarkeit war nicht gegeben (nur AB). Check-In erfolgte nur mit Hilfe von Einheimischen, die sich für uns gekümmert haben (u.a. weitere Telefonnummer). Das ganze dauerte eine ganze Stunde. Auch das an der Anmeldung angegebenen WiFi-Netzwerk war nicht verfügbar (im Zimmer lagen dann neue Daten). Auch die Beschreibung der Unterkunft stimmt nicht mit der Realität überein. Im Text ist eine Küche angegebenen. Doch wir haben, wie in Hotels üblich, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank. Zur Kaffeemaschine gibt es noch die üblichen Pappbecher. Wenn kein Frühstück möglich ist, erwarte ich bei "Küche" Geschirr und Besteck, sowie eine Sitzmöglichkeit mit Tisch. Desweitern ist auch die Inneneinrichtung nicht intakt: Im Bad ist die Handtuchstange defekt / nicht mehr vorhanden. Das Licht im Raum ist eine Nachttischlampe, was vollkommen unzureichend ist. Der Raum ist extrem klein und für fast 160€/ Nacht nicht zu empfehlen. Bisher unsere Enttäuschung in den USA. "
