„All was very good in the way of beds, number of seating places, and space. Directions for leaving were easy to follow. Many fixtures only have light bulbs in some of the bulb positions, and we had to borrow one of those to put into the the porch sconce. One recliner no longer reclines. Password for Wi-Fi did not work even though many of us tried it on our own devices. A lovely space. Thank you! “

„If you're staying in Russell, this is the place to be. It is a large, clean and well appointed accommodation. It was very quiet and the host was very responsive. There isn't a lot to do in Russell, but we were just stopping for the night on our road trip, so it was fine for our purposes. I would highly recommend staying here!“

„Great place in the heart of downtown Hays. James was very accommodating, and the property is beautiful. The yard area was sublime, very well manicured with a great seating area. The loft seemed brand new, with everything we needed.“

„The whole town was closed down for a fiesta which was cool. The house was clean and small The drive in was great. The restaurant across the street was yummy.“

„Great place that was mid point from us to travel! Lots of room! Plenty of beds. Only complaint was that the place smelled with an oder. We bought supplies to combat the oder which ed helped the upstairs. The people in the basement dealt with it all weekend. I did let the owner know about the smell.“
