„The place was clean a few small roaches,and the only thing i would suggest is to put some type of stickers on the sliding glass window my husband ran right into it. Bad for small children also,otherwise it was a good time.“

„Great clean place and location. Very large deck with fish cleaning area. Launch is very close and could leave boat tied off to dock without having to relaunch every day. Very easy checkin process and owner is readily available for any questions you may have. Would definitely book again.“

„the place was so clean, tons of different areas to hangout with the friend group. A lot of complimentary things to make the stay more enjoyable, like hot cocoa, coffee, the canoe by the lake and the pancake mix in the fridge!! We highly recommended staying here. the beds were extremely cozy and the rooms were spacious“

„This was our 2nd stay and as usual, we had an amazing time! Best place to stay on Toledo Bend! Beautiful view, Boat house with automatic lift, private launch on property, fish cleaning station, and large covered patio with BBQ pit and gas fire pit. The hosts, Valerie and Tim, are wonderful! “
