„The property was falsely advertised. There were other perrsons living in the home and the place was not prepared to recieved my husband and i. We were given no instructions or information by the ower and felt out of place and uncomfortable.“

„Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. “

„The views are amazing and the pool is welcoming. It's easy to walk to Turtle Beach or the nearby beach with all of the bars. Be sure to keep your taxi driver's phone number handy. We had five people in our group. There is no way to cool down the main living/gathering areas of the home, even when all of the doors are open. Several times we had to retreat to the bedrooms to cool down for a while. We did not have hot water (not even warm) for showers until the last day. It's confusing because ...

„This was our 4th visit to St Kitts and 3rd villa in the Turtle Beach area. We found this villa to be the most homey/comfortable yet. The AC in the bedrooms was very good, even for us northerners. It's great when you can drink the tap water with out getting ill too. The views are spectacular from the villa. „Upscale property with privacy, right on the beach. Best views of the water and stars. Bungalow is so well appointed that you want for nothing. Bed is like a cloud. There is dining at a restaurant within walking distance along with many fine dining options within minutes. Host communication is superb. „I booked the Koi Villa in St Kitts for my birthday and the staff was very helpful before I arrived and communicative. They ensured my stay was extremely comfortable, pleasant, and overall AMAZING! They even assisted me with booking tours and sightseeing and having a driver for everyone. This was a fantastic trip and amazing villa and staff in St Kitts! I would 100% recommend it for everyone!“

„We stayed for 9 nights and the condo was centrally located in Frigate bay in between the restaurants and bars and the beach. The host was very responsive and accommodating, she even stopped in to check on us during a short power outage due to an accident! Would stay here again! “

„The apartment was clean and very tastefully designed. The grounds were well kept. SUV is required to get to the location. The entrance to the apartment was steep and was not an issue for my family. The internet was intermittent. Overall I would stay here again. The hosts were delightful. “

„The view and property were amazing. The owners had a beach front lounge with an honor bar which was truly an added bonus. They were on site and were very helpful with local info. One recommendation is to make sure you get a rental car due to the remote location and not easy to get taxis.“

„Great location with view of the Carribean. The dip pool on property is fantastic and the community pool that is just next door is even better. We were able to hang out most afternoons at the community pool by ourselves and the view from the community pool is even better! Will stay again!“
