„Silk Cotton Villa was lovely with plenty space, close to the beach and awesome views. The home was comfortable and provided exactly what our large group needed. The property manager was readily available by phone and made check-in easy. We were very happy with our choice and we’d book again.“

„WOW...not many places have that amazing WOW factor, but Avalon delivered on every aspect. Stayed with 2 friends, and the accommodation was just perfect with three double on suite rooms. The pool and shared area was stunning. Well equipped kitchen and great gas BBQ, which we used several times. Communication was brilliant and place looks just like photos. „We were met at the airport by Lyandra who also rented us a jeep for our stay. She took us around the area to show us a nearby grocery, gas station and several great places to dine in Little Bay, just a 5 minute drive away. There is a lovely covered outdoor patio, soothing breezes and in a quiet neighborhood . Everything you need is there or nearby and you have a very warm, knowledgeable and welcoming hostess.“

„Adam’s Place is the place to stay in Montserrat. We hated to leave. Ed and Rea were great to communicate with, Kristina and Sunny as property managers were exceptional. The house is superbly furnished, kitchen is amazing, and you cannot beat the sunsets as you lounge on the patio and pool. The grounds are so pretty also. „The location was fabulous. The actual property could be fantastic. Many problems occurred No hot water for over a week. Poor communication with property manager. Water leaked that flooded downstairs and we had to sweep it out. Several pieces of furniture were worn out!!! Had trouble with dishwasher. No light in refrig. „The property has potential to be a great villa but as it stands it is not in a good state and needs significant renovation and modernisation. There is no aircon and only one working fan when we arrived. Michael the host was very responsive and as helpful as he could be and got another fan in for us, though really it needs many more to afford comfort. „We loved our stay at Grandview. The property manager was quick to try to fix the issues we told him about. I think the VBRO listing needs new pictures and some modifications. There was not a DVD player, grill, dishwasher, children's dinnerware, or spices. The kitchen needs new cookware and more glasses. A baking pan would be nice too. It was just two of us so we were ok but if a family had booked this villa they would have needed much more.“
