„Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. “

„OMG where do I start. This is the most amazing, secluded property in paradise. My daughter treated me for my 60th birthday. Everything about this this stay was over the top. The property owner Richard stayed in contact up until arrival. The property manager Mr.Franklin was a godsend. He arranged a chef for my daughter and I and the food was outstanding. „We stayed at this magnificent property for 1 week in November 2024 and truly enjoyed every minute. As many of the other reviews already mention the location is fantastic and perfect for some time to disconnect, relax and explore. „We had a conference at the Marriott which was less than a 10min walk away. A small grocery was right next to the property office, and a larger one on the way to the Marriott. Lovely little coffee and breakfast place next door. The Strip is nearby and if you have a car rental the entrance to the peninsula is down the street which leads to beaches and beach bars aplenty! The grounds here are beautiful and the pool is great too!“

„My husband and I went for a week, first time on St. Kitts. The Island is beautiful and Seas the Moment is too. I wasn’t familiar with the Island or exactly where we were in relation to the restaurants, beaches, etc. I am so thankful that we stayed on the Southeast side out of town.
