„Overall, a great stay despite the need for a little maintenance here and there. The location and views are amazing, and we didn't miss AC in the common area as the breeze flowed through beautifully. The host was very attentive when needed but otherwise we wouldn't have known he was right upstairs. „Apartment had all your essential cooking and eating utensils. The refrigerator also had milk and orange juice. You do need to buy laundry detergent,hand soap and shampoo. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Didn't have a coffee drip maker so you have to improvise to make coffee. Bed was very comfortable. We would stay there again.“

„While the accommodations did not ruin our wonderful vacation in St. Kitts there were many disappointing factors. The description of the house online was completely different than the house we rented, and the kitchen had zero amenities. Imagine finding out 3 weeks prior to our trip that this was a shared property and the first night rental was double booked. I am still waiting for a credit for that one night. „Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. “

„Delightful site with amazing views and access a variety of beaches. Elpida is a wonderfully responsive host and property is well maintained and appropriately described in pictures of Villa Limani. Access road to Turtle Beach Estates is a bit rugged but this keeps traffic limited. Bottom line you will not be disappointed on this remarkable location.“

„A spacious and well laid out villa on the side of the hill giving wonderful views over to the island of Nevis. Just loved breakfast on the terrace watching the pelicans dive for fish. Only real negative was the tortuous dirt road to get to Turtle Beach. The hosts were super helpful from the minute we booked. Loved our stay “
