„Well-designed ocean-front house with a nice pool, very private landscaped garden, and fiber optic internet. The neighborhood is peaceful, very safe feeling and nice for taking walks. The Attic restaurant in walking distance is excellent. Paul Lewis, the property manager, stepped up like a champion to let us use his office internet when the local internet service provided was down for a little while. Our family was very comfortable. We'd highly recommend staying there if visiting Montserrat. “

„The pictures don’t do the view and overall living space justice. The views are amazing along with the outdoor living area. We spent 95% of our time outside enjoying the sun, pool and amazing sunsets. Plenty of breeze to keep you cool at night. At night the star gazing is second to none. Great location to anything and everything. Marie was always happy to answer questions and provide information. Very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend Avalon Villa!! We plan to return 2026!!“

„We enjoyed our stay-overall the property is nice. The living rm & deck are comfortable, kitchen is well supplied. There are some issues to be resolved to make this 5*. There were 2 of us, we had access to the upstairs 2 bedrms. 1 of the bedroom ACs didn’t work. Property mgr got it running but it continued to drip water on bed. This was never resolved so we slept in the other room. The room with the bad AC had a comfortable bed, better air flow and was quieter. The other room had noise from local ...

„The appartment is perfect for a calm stay in Montserrat, and the owner makes it very easy. Beds are good, kitchen pretty well equiped, the terrasse is perfect and everything was very clean and in perfect state. We also rented the car, which was very useful. The location of the appartment is also handful, 50m from a supermarket.“

„Adam’s Place is the place to stay in Montserrat. We hated to leave. Ed and Rea were great to communicate with, Kristina and Sunny as property managers were exceptional. The house is superbly furnished, kitchen is amazing, and you cannot beat the sunsets as you lounge on the patio and pool. The grounds are so pretty also. „The location was fabulous. The actual property could be fantastic. Many problems occurred No hot water for over a week. Poor communication with property manager. Water leaked that flooded downstairs and we had to sweep it out. Several pieces of furniture were worn out!!! Had trouble with dishwasher. No light in refrig. „The property has potential to be a great villa but as it stands it is not in a good state and needs significant renovation and modernisation. There is no aircon and only one working fan when we arrived. Michael the host was very responsive and as helpful as he could be and got another fan in for us, though really it needs many more to afford comfort. „I have to say that since I have been visiting Montserrat, this apartment is the best have I stayed in.The view is beautiful from all windows, the neighbors very friendly and our privacy respected. „This home is beautiful with gorgeous views of mountains and sea. The home is very relaxing and very comfortable. Extremely clean. Could use a better equipped kitchen - coffee maker, toaster, better pans for cooking.
