The wrap around porch is the perfect place to spend your evenings if you're not out at some of the incredible nearby restaurants (Drift, Bananas, Sunshines...), and the pool is absolute perfection. We cannot wait to come back - but next time for longer! “

„Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. “

„Our 2nd time....so beautiful, quiet, relaxing....hated to leave!“

„Delightful site with amazing views and access a variety of beaches. Elpida is a wonderfully responsive host and property is well maintained and appropriately described in pictures of Villa Limani. Access road to Turtle Beach Estates is a bit rugged but this keeps traffic limited. Bottom line you will not be disappointed on this remarkable location.“

„The house was lovely and view was spectacular! We were surprised when finding that 2 bedrooms shared a "jack and jill" bathroom. The description with 3BR /3Baths was misleading, since the third bath was downstairs while all BR were upstairs. It was fine for our family, but for three couples, this would be a challenge. Driving info from airport could be better, including tunnel.“

„This place is amazing! It was like a private retreat with an exclusive beach almost to yourself. Access to The Pavillion Club pool and restaurant made the place even better. Wilfried is an amazing host and an outstanding communicator. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice private location to relax. „A spacious and well laid out villa on the side of the hill giving wonderful views over to the island of Nevis. Just loved breakfast on the terrace watching the pelicans dive for fish. Only real negative was the tortuous dirt road to get to Turtle Beach. The hosts were super helpful from the minute we booked. Loved our stay “

„The house is absolutely gorgeous! We loved the indoor/outdoor living space and the pool. It is so tastefully decorated, relaxing and beautiful. We had everything we needed for the week. I always appreciate when there are basics provided (garbage bags, paper towels, beach towels etc) and this house had it all! „My if and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Coconut farm. It was everything we possibly could have wished for. I would even say that our vacation in St Kitts ranks as the most relaxing and comfortable experiences we’ve had in a very long time. Special thanks to Bacchus who manages the farm and made us feel so welcome. There is one small thing though… I wish someone would have warned me about the rum punch down on Reggae Beach. It would’ve saved me from one particularly embarrassing ...

„We loved the villa, pool and location to the beach. The beach never had more than 6 people (usually just us) so it seemed like it was our own private beach.The Villa was close to town and other beaches. Great place to relax!“

„If you are planning on visiting St Kitts & want a quiet location with wonderful views, stay here! From the start, the communication was wonderful - from the directions, to the pages of information covering restaurant suggestions to beach suggestions to so many other things, we were so well informed before even arriving. The on-site property manager called us when they had a tropical storm roll through so we had up-to-date warnings. Also, the official “make the guests welcome” cat made our stay ...
