„The property does have a slight slant on the first floor which can be fun after a few adult beverages. The house was clean and provided all the things i needed. The host communicated the door number the morning off as promised. The only complaint i would have is the pool table is too big for that room and the dart board is missing the darts. I would rent this house again next time I'm in Roanoke. “

„My husband and I went to Roanoke for our anniversary. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. This place was super close to downtown. When we went, the weather was stormy, but we could have easily walked to downtown,if the weather had permitted. “

„Cool cabin, peaceful and quiet. Very basic items were provided. Bring your own kitchen and bath items, like baking dish, spices, cooking oil, condiments, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, etc. Washer and dryer in the bathroom was convenient. You have to hand wash dishes since no dishwasher. Trout in the pond are used to being fed with fish food rather than hunting for natural food. Lol. Saw couple turkeys and couple deer around the pond. Lots of birds and squirrels.“

„Roughly 2 hour drive to the mountains. Inexpensive getaway to the mountains and to see Roanoke Va for a long weekend. Trails near by. Restaurants and downtown are not to far away. “

„This was a great house for our girls’ reunion. The rooms are massive! We enjoyed ping pong and kayaking and exploring the area. Lunch at Mangoes was pleasant, and Fables and Feathers winery had some good wines. The only thing to note is that the bunk room is not a great choice for adults.Its small and the mattresses are not good. The others rooms are excellent. There was a nice kitchen open to the living area that was great for gathering around for meals.The deck furniture cushions were not ...

„We stayed here for a Va Tech Clemson football game. It was about a 45 minute drive. Cottage was well equipped with everything you could need. Kitchen was stocked with everything. Bathrooms were updated and spacious and beds very comfortable. Nice to sit out on the porch in rocking chairs and enjoy the peaceful nature. Would definitely stay here again. Hosts was very responsive.“

„Convenient location. Adequate place to stay but could use some TLC. Street lights from the church across the street shined very brightly in the bedroom window so some room darkening curtains would be helpful. The only bathroom is in the bedroom so this was awkward with my friend staying with me. The host was quick to respond and helpful with questions.“

„Drove 11 hours following the directions listed for the address using multiple GPS maps, only to end up on a dirt road in the mountains at 2:30 am with no house in site. Could not locate property after searching for over an hour. The owner did not answer call for assistance, only contact was repeated requests to pay pet cleaning fee in advance. I urge VRBO to remove this property and refund money paid for no service at all.“

„The house is beautiful. With four bedrooms on the main floor, it was convenient for our physically challenged family members. The entertainment system was phenomenal, we loved the downstairs rec area, and the views from the back deck were amazing. We only had two issues during our five day stay. One was that the propane tanks were empty but the owner resolved that right away. The second was a rude neighbor who yelled at us when docking the boat saying we were going too fast. „The home was perfect for our family reunion! The bedrooms were lovely, comfortable and clean. There were lots of spaces for our family to gather in large or small groups. Lots of outdoor sitting areas and a yard for the children to run around in. The house is very close to Blacksburg, but we felt like we were in the country. The setting is quiet and peaceful. "Das Zimmer war super toll. Sauber und groß. Leider muss ich mich den vielen Bewertungen über den Lärm der Straße anschließen, den man sehr stark hört. Hier sollte das Hotel ggf über eine Renovierung der Fenster nachdenken. Dennoch würde ich jederzeit wieder in dieses Hotel gehen."
