„The property is beautiful. The Villa is HUGE and amazing. The garbage disposal had to be replaced and put the kitchen off limits. The next day the dishwashers spewed water out of the vent and could not be used. We had hired a chef for that nights dinner. “

„We had a small family gathering for the holidays, and it was just perfect. The home was large and comfortable, with lovely views of the water. We heard owls and coyotes nearby! Check in and out were a breeze. Would definitely recommend. One item - if you're not used to remote country roads, make sure to arrive during daylight hours - it's DARK out there!“

„The stay at Sunset Hills was perfect! As someone who has worked in hotel management for over 10 years, notes were being taken!The communication right from the initial booking was exceptional. We felt very welcomed and the stay was in the cutest little apartment. It was a great distance from the cute little Sutter Creek downtown, only an hour from Sacramento and only 3 hours from San Francisco, so we were able to make a couple of day trips. „This property was overall very nice. Several amenities were as described. The view was very pretty. Sunset was breathtaking and serene. There were several sitting areas. Being able to pick citrus off the trees in the morning to make fresh orange juice for mimosas was pretty awesome.Downside to the property was when we entered, it smelled like sewer. „We had a wonderful stay at Greenstone Cottage. Wow, very clean and not overly crowded. I have stayed in some VRBO that feel like they are so crowded with too much furniture and the closets are not useable. Not the case here, nicely decorated. Very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to town. Ken is quick to respond to any questions. The cottage is very comfortable, Beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend. “
