„If you’re looking for a 5 star resort, not your place. If you’re looking for a quiet “home base” for fishing or being at the lake, this is the spot. Reminded us of “grandma’s” house. „The stay was a disaster, the house was full of bugs, we couldn't stand it and left early after a terrible night. The hostess was not willing to compensate us for our early departure. She said these bugs were an evil in the region. We believe that having these bugs crawling into your ears at night is a significant deficiency that needs to be pointed out in advance. „The property is well-located for sight-seeing Durango. You can walk to the train and/or downtown restaurants. The house is comfy and cozy. Off-street parking is great. The hosts are great people! We had an unfortunate problem come up while staying and they were unbelievable in working with us to resolve it. I’d stay here again anytime!“

„Beautiful mountain view property with nice deck. 4 beds and 3 bathrooms for adults and kids to utilize. Unfortunately, we needed two more bathroom towels for the kids. We couldn't find extra supply. The stove burners would not heat up large pots of water. The breaker tripped and heater turned off downstairs due to a few lights on for the kids, phones plugged in????
