„Jose is a great host, anytime we needed anything he was responsive and had a solution. The property is clean, comfortable and it was perfect for my husband and I. you get a view of the river and you also get a view of a sky full of stars at night. Definitely recommend having a vehicle if you stay here as everything is a couple minutes away except a bodega right there unless you plan on having everything delivered.“

„We had a great stay at La Casita de Charo 1. The cabin is spacious with great views of the Constanza valley bellow. Each room had its own private bathroom wich was welcomed. The Cabin attendant, Jose and his wife we extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. Even though we never met the owners of the property in person, they were very helpful through WhatsApp and always in contact should we needed them. „0/10. Didn’t receive any check-in info from the host, the address listed is incorrect and the phone seems to not be in service. I was ultimately unable to find and stay at the property. There is also a no money back policy. Spent over an hour on the phone with expedia and they weren’t able to get a hold of the property owner either or get additional info from them. Expedia and I were able to work something out, appreciate their efforts. Steer clear of this one though.“

„Jarabacoa is a beautiful place with lush greenery and awesome views. The Villa sits directly to The side of El Rio Yaque and the sound of the river running is very nice. There was lots of rain during our visit so we couldn’t get too close but the sound of the rapids was very nice.“

„In one word: "Nature". If you are looking for a quiet place in the mountains with a nice view, this is the place. Surely I will be staying there again when I am in the neighbourhood..😊“

„The location is amazing. It is nestled 2/3 of the way up a mountain. You definitely need 4 wheel drive to reach this location. Don't book it unless you have this or access to 4 wheel drive. The home was decently equipped. A weekend in the mountains was almost perfect. The owner made great area recommendations. The owner is a great communicator in both Spanish and English. The cons - the kitchen was a little messy when we arrived. This happens and would not deter me from renting here again. ...

„It was more than I could have ever imagined and more! You can just prop yourself up on the bed and look at the spectacular view day and night. So much for the eyes to relish. The entrance is magnificent and exciting! This property is well laid out and secure. “
