„I use vrbo all the time and enjoy the communication with the owner. Almost like a concierge, helping to navigate things like airport transfers.In this case, the national management company has no idea about the unit or the area. They either gave misinformation or no response.When i reported a problem, i was texting with 15 diffpeople, none really helpful. “

„From check in to check out our experience with this home was amazing. Ski in and Ski out was super easy and the views were stunning. Plenty room for our whole group and the cleanliness was on point. The service and communication was on point and they made it easy every step of the way. The pool table was an added bonus with plenty of room for everyone to hang out and visit. „Overall great! Knocking off one star because the listing indicates a mountain view, but the view was of a gondola and a back parking area with trees. The room was very stuffy upon arrival. We messaged the host asking about air conditioning and was met with a patronizing reply telling us to open the window. It was 77 degrees and sunny, the room was stuffy, one of the windows wouldn't stay open, and the fan available in the closet had a broken control dial. The location was fantastic and the room ...

„My husband and I booked this trip to celebrate my Dad’s 72nd birthday and my stepdaughter’s 22nd birthday. We were all wow’ed the moment we walked into the condo! The location is perfect and was exactly as described! Having 2 master suites and a spacious 3rd bedroom was perfect for our family. „This is a big house about 1 mile from the grocery store and parking for Telluride chair 10 and gondola. House was consistently the perfect temperature inside even though the outside temperature was negative or low single digits. Kitchen is big enough for multiple adults to cook and prepare food simultaneously. Lots of community space in the dining room and living room. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend!“
