„The Playa Nueva Romana is excellent in every respect. The host, Linette, was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the stay. I commend her good communication skills and though fullness. She kept in touch on daily basis to make sure we have everything that we needed at the residence. Kudos to her and her rental team.“

„El sitio en general es bueno al igual que las habitaciones. Me fue muy bien con el check-in a pesar que llegué a la madrugada y en eso fueron diligentes. Les falta MUCHO en servicio y velocidad. El servicio es lento, la comida tarda por horas y pareciera que no están preparados para atender mucha gente al tiempo. Aunque nos colaboraron para ir a la playa, no es cierto que haya un club de playa y que el transporte sea en cualquier momento. Hay que pedirlo y esperar que esté disponible.“

Die Poolanlage und der Strand haben eine tolle Karibikoptik. Die Lage erfordert bei längerem Aufenthalt ein Fahrzeug, Sicherheit und Garage sind includiert. „Der beste Deal welchen ich in Juan Dolio finden konnte! Unterkunftgeber ist (etwa zu) sehr um Kommunikation bemüht, nach Buchung sind gleich mehrere lange Mails eingetroffen sodass ich übersah, zurückzuschreiben und mitzuteilen, dass ich nicht vom Flughafen abgeholt werden muss sondern mit dem Bus komme (war so nett und hat an der Haltestelle auf mich gewartet). Im 4. Stock war es überraschend ruhig und keine 3min zum Strand. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen braucht ...

„Beautiful villa that is a short 5 minute walk or 30 second drive to the beach. Plenty of room with 3BR, 3.5 bath with nice pool and rooftop terrace. AC units are in all 3 bedrooms and living room as well so the place stays nice and cool. This villa is in a VERY secure and safe area, security entering and exiting the community is strict and I always felt comfortable. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. „The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable with all the needed amenities. Located in a modern tower by the sea side with a beautiful pool. It was a very relaxing stay. We really enjoyed it, especially the amazing view of the sea. The owner is very responsive to communication s and made sure everything was ok. “

„The Villa was very nice, air-conditioning in all the bedrooms worked well. The outdoor area is spacious and clean. The pool is very big and very clean. I had a surprise Birthday party for my dad and it was a great time. Cons were the wifi never worked for us so we had very limited communication with the outside world. They did try to resolve by bringing a different router to us but still had no service. Also google maps sends you through a very scary area to get to the villa, they need to ensure ...

"Etwas älteres All-Inclusive-Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind etwas älter, Sauberkeit ist aber gegeben. Von den Spezialitätenrestaurants können wir das Don Pablo und das Takara empfehlen. Wir haben dort sehr gut gegessen und einen hervorragenden Service erlebt. Nicht so gut war unsere Erfahrung im El Pescador. Dieses Restaurant befindet sich im Schwestern-Hotel La Romana, ist aber im All-Inclusive-Angebot des Bouganville enthalten. Hier war ein deutlicher Qualitätsunterschied zu den anderen beiden Spezialitäten-Restaurants zu spüren. Die bestellten Gericht waren durchschnittlich, der Service um Klassen schlechter. "
