„Für Individualtouristen gut geeignet. Die Cabana befindet sich auf dem Eigentümergrundstück. Sie ist für 2 Personen sehr geräumig und charmant eingerichtet. Das Haus wie auch das Grundstück sind sauber und gepflegt. Um die Umgebung zu erkunden ist ein Auto notwendig. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man in einer Entfernung von 3 - 6 Kilometern. Die Vermieter sind gerne behilflich sich in der Umgebung zurecht zu finden.“

„alles ist genau so wie auf den Fotos - eigentlich in real noch schöner. Das Apartment ist sehr hochwertig und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet - alles ist bis in die Details stilvoll und in tip-top Zustand. Die Aussicht auf die Hügel oberhalb von Santa Barbara ist einfach nur ein Genuss - es sieht tatsächlich der Toskana ähnlich. Mindy und ihr Mann waren supernette Gastgeber - z.B. als wir ankamen und schon echt müde waren, hat ihre ganze Familie beim reintragen unseres Gepäcks geholfen. Wir ...

„Property was clean, and having a bathroom for each bedroom was fantastic! Plenty of room for everybody to hang out. Beautiful yard, Home was a little dated but still really comfortable. We needed a repair and the owner came right over and fixed it.“

„This studio is a perfect place for a couple to stay if you want to spend time at the beach or walk to restaurants and other nearby sights. The room was clean and comfortable. You can hear the train, but the horn is brief when it passes. The studio suited our needs perfectly.“

„This property was an excellent location for our weekend needs. Parking is a bit difficult, but we only had one vehicle, so it wasn’t too bad. We were able to find street parking within 1 1/2 blocks. The house is small, but was fine as a base of operations for the wedding festivities. Basic supplies were adequate. It would be good to label the soap/ shampoo dispensers however. We would book here again. “

„This cottage is lovely! It's located walking distance to restaurants and the beach and only 5-10 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara. The space is large, with a very comfortable bed. The owners make you feel very welcome with a generous basket of snacks and a variety of beverages in the fridge. I would definitely stay here again!! “

„We really enjoyed the space. Loved the gas fireplace, big kitchen and private back yard area. The bedroom with the double bed was a bit dark, not much lighting, but comfy bed and plenty of space. Perfect spot half a block from the ocean, walk to coffee shops and pier. We would definitely stay there again.“

„The Santa Cruz suite was nice. The bathroom was clean, pretty quiet. We had two cars but parking on the street wasn't an issue for the second car. Although not the property managements fault some lady said I stole her spot in the back I informed her there are no assigned spots. The location was great just a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. And about a 45 minute walk to the downtown area. I'd probably stay here again.“
