„Teally enjoyed our stay. The u it worked great for two couples, and had sufficient room and seating for others to cime and visit. Kitchen is small, but provided for everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Only alight annoyance was the hot water ran out quickly.“

„Really enjoyed our stay here. Check in process was super easy and the property was as described. The location, although rustic and off the beaten path, is in fact just minutes from 'downtown' sonoita and as such it was very convenient. I would definitely stay here in the future.“

„Sweet house with nice walled in yard. House was very well equipped . There were even night lights which I really appreciate having when Im in an unfamiliar place. It was a good base from which to visit Bisbee and Tombstone.“

„We were very pleased with the accommodations as well as the cleanliness. Plenty of towels, spices, internet, snacks, coffee, etc. the fireplace made it cozy at night. Communication was very helpful for our out of town guests. I would highly recommend this place and would certainly be back for a weekend stay again. “

„We met some friends for some orienteering meets in several remote desert areas. Sonoita was well placed for those, so we hoped to find a comfortable rental. The Wine Down exceeded our expectations. Well stocked, comfortable and spacious for our group of 4, it was the ideal base.“

„Rancho Sonoita was the perfect place for us to stay when we were in the area for a wedding. The casita has beautiful views, and the setting is quiet and relaxing. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the casita is comfortable and spacious. The well-equipped kitchen worked out so well for us. The large patio area and gas grill were another bonus. We felt fortunate to visit with Joy and Kim (the owners) while we were there. They are wonderful hosts, and wonderful people. We highly recommend this ...

„We enjoyed the location: Close to the De Anza Trail, a healthy walk into Tubac, very close to the pool and hot tub. It was the time of year when mornings are cold and days are warm so we appreciated both the fireplace and the pool. House is very clean and neat. What would have made the stay perfect was more usable outdoor spaces: The outdoor furniture (rooftop and patio) need to be replaced. We had folding chairs with us because another review had commented on this, but it seems like an easy fix ...

„We stayed for the month of February and the house was perfect for an extended stay! It was well-equipped, very comfortable and communication with the host was excellent. The location was great…. Close to shopping, the highway, and a quiet neighborhood that offered a walking trail and park nearby.Highly recommend…..it was home away from home!“
