„We stayed for nearly a week in June, 2024. The outside of the buildings is weather worn, but we can see it is being worked on. The area where all the condo doors are reminds us of a tree house. „The cottage was just perfect for our weekend stay. It was spotless inside & the bed was very comfy. Grocery store was close by too. We enjoyed choosing a movie from the huge CD library. Might be a little old school now, but we loved it! Joe responded quickly to messages sent. Cant wait to stay again.“

„Such a cute place and conveniently a few blocks from the beach. Took a short trip and wished it were longer but we will definitely be back! Aptos has our hearts always! My daughter loved the loft as she could see the stars at night out of her window, my son loved his morning walks/run around the beach… and mom and dad loved just being away from work!“

„I never knew this neighborhood existed. It is a seaside gem along the gorgeous Monterey Bay. The houses that dot the Pájaro Dunes look like something out of a storybook. We had a great time watching an otter make his way up the coast just a few yards off of shore. Hunting for sand dollars and digging up tons of sand crabs was another favorite with our kids. We had our own pickleball tournament and enjoyed some one on one basketball at the community courts. The host was very attentive, ...

„We loved this little cottage for our sister retreat, quaint and cozy just as expected. The accommodations met our expectations as was advertised. Only thing we were left wanting was a cleaner landscape outside to sit and enjoy at night, seemed the yard keeper hadn't made it out in a bit. So grateful to found this place though!“

„We came to celebrate my boy’s 6th birthday. Everything was absolutely fabulous. The only reason for the 4 stars is the hike to the ocean was tough! That could have been advertised a bit more clear, especially when you are traveling with kids and trying to carry items it was extremely difficult. Otherwise great condo.“

„Cute little accommodations! Very nice bathroom and shower facilities! The shower is especially amazing! Even though we were there when it was pretty warm outside, our place stayed cool being it's a shaded area surrounded with beautiful trees! (A nice fan is also supplied.)
