„Fantastic property. 16 of us for a family birthday. Lots of different spaces so we werent on top of each other all the time. The teens really enjoyed the games room. It was also great having all of us round the huge dining table. Location is ideal so we walked in to Galashiels and also in to tweedbank , no need to get in the car. “

„Fantastic property with everything you'd need, or thought you didn't need.... great hosts who were eager to make sure we'd settled in and had everything we needed or any help with suggestions for sight seeing (although great information book supplied). „We had a lovely two night stay in Rosybank Cottage in Coldstream. The cottage was warm and welcoming, and the fresh eggs, beer and snacks were gratefully received. The area was peaceful with river views and pleasant local walks. We enjoyed the local Indian restaurant and spent one day walking around Berwick, and another visiting Seahouses. We certainly will try to return for a longer stay. “

„Very clean and comfortable flat which is very modern and cosily furnished! The kitchen had everything you need. We didn’t expect a welcome Package-this was awesome! Very comfortable beds.
