House was super clean and updated, awesome layout and offered plenty of space inside and outside. Lots of parking for boats and vehicles. Very nice neighborhood. Would highly recommend staying here and will be returning again. “

„We stayed here during a fishing tournament for my son and had a great time. Debbie and Teresa were extremely helpful and responsive to any of our questions. Plenty of parking, big kitchen and living room fit 6 of us just fine. “

„We brought our father back to his hometown to celebrate his 90th birthday. This house provided enough room for 10 adults. Large kitchen, plenty of dining space. Having the separate cottage was a plus. The peaceful lakefront setting was beautiful. In my opinion the house is nicer than the pictures portray. “

„Very relaxing weekend. House was beautiful, and well stocked for our stay. House is on a dead end drive so very limited traffic which is also great. Deep water right off the dock for fishing, landing literally down the road from house for boat. Owners very friendly and easy to communicate with. The view from living room is stunning. Will be a repeat stay for us. “

„This is the second time we’ve stayed at the boathouse and we have really enjoyed both times. The best part is the screened in back porch with a beautiful view of sunrises, perfect for enjoying coffee first thing in the morning. Only complaint we have is the TVs. The living room tv was difficult to operate and we couldn’t get the bedroom tv to work at all.“

„The property was perfect for our weekend trip to Marianna to go tubing thru Bear Paw Adventures. The location of this rental is perfect for arriving and being close to any stores you need to stock up on, as well as, its great location to all the surrounding attractions! We definitely recommend!! Also the property owner was easy to get ahold of to answer any questions about the property and area!!“
