„It's a new hotel. The location is in between 2 stations so you can choose base on where you want to go or which one's convenient for you. A few steps away from Namba Shrine, convenient store and Cat Cafe. It was a nice area, quiet for a night sleep after a long shopping and sightseeing day. Only blip was the inability to transport luggage directly to hotel due to no staff available to receive luggage. „The appartment is new and very clean. If you are a fun of anime, you can reach to " otaroad" in just 10min on foot. But the internet connection is miserable in the evening. Since there's no reception, no one respond you on the phone after the business hours. If you can bring the pocket Wi-Fi by yourself, it's really highly recommended.“

Auch sonst ist alles self service - man soll sich Handtücher, Pflegeprodukte etc. selbst aus dem Eingangsbereich mitnehmen und muss Handtücher und Abfall auch selbst entsorgen. Hat aber alles gut geklappt. Wir haben während des ganzen Aufenthalts niemanden zu Gesicht bekommen, da das Büro auch während der angegebenen Öffnungszeiten geschlossen hatte, wenn wir vormittags das Hotel verliessen. „Place was nice and clean. They held onto our luggage before we checked in and after we checked out without charging us a fee. Cheap food nearby. Lots of Vietnamese food nearby too if you like Vietnamese food. Close to train station. McDonalds 5 min away if your craving a burger at night. Will stay again!“

"We booked the Hotel because we wanted to go to the Universal Studios Japan, and the Hitel was so close to the park. We even had a view into the park and could see the wizarding world of Jarry potter from our window 😄 The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was great that you could store the luggage after checking out, so we could go to the park again. The train station was also close by. We would definitely stay there again."
