„Very quaint, downstairs unit. Nice patio view. Hot tub was nice. A little difficult for my husband who has mobility issues, but we managed. Very close to Ruby Falls and Rock City Owner was very pleasant“

„This property was exactly what I needed. I needed to be close to the airport for some training and being 8 minutes away it was perfect. Everything I needed was there. Washer/Dryer, kitchen, and even a desk area for my laptop. Spent my downtime studying so the quiet area was perfect. It has a great walk in shower and the entire property was sparkling clean when I got there. The property owner was great and made sure that I had everything I needed and the property was as expected. „If I could rate this stay it would be 10 out of 5stars. I could not love this spot more. From the views, the cute hot tub, the grill, the amazing mattress in my room, literally everything about this place was perfect! The toilet downstairs was a little weird in orientation but other than that-I have zero complaints. it’s also just a short drive to downtown Chatt and all the beautiful scenic and cavern trails around. I’ll definitely stay again and again “

„We had two adults stay for two nights. Overall a very good stay. Our first impression wasn’t great- the host didn’t respond to any communication until check in time, though communication was excellent during the stay. When we arrived, it was after dark. „The wife & I came up for the Joe Bonamassa concert. March 10Th Stayed 2 nights brought 2 dogs it has a nice fenced in backyard with a fire pit. Great place to stay, nice neighborhood the house was so clean stocked with everything you need for a very pleasant stay.I would highly recommend & will definitely be back“
