„I recently stayed at Elk Springs Resorts, and my experience, despite some positives, fell short of expectations for a purported 5-star resort. Areas of Concern: Cleanliness: The accommodation lacked cleanliness standards, with visible dust in vents and filters, as well as under furniture, creating an unpleasant environment. Stained Linens: Master bed sheets had noticeable blood stains, an unacceptable issue for a 5-star resort. Towel Quality: The provided towels were rough, some even stained. ...

Property manager did an excellent job of sending all the info ahead of time for checking in and out. They also were very prompt on replying anytime I reached out. “

"Das Hotel ist in einem miserablen Zustand, sowohl innen als auch außen. Die Damen am Empfang unfreundlich und inkompetent. Das Schwimmbad befindet sich ebenfalls in einem schlechten Zustand. Gleiches gilt für die Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist miserabel. "
