„Our work sponsored a training in Ash Flat and due to the limited hotel options, we booked this house for 6 instructors. It had enough space for all of us. The house had lots of high-end finishings and all the appliances and cooking tools you could think of. It was perfect for us to cook dinner and enjoy on the deck. My interactions with the host were excellent. We would 100% hook this property again for work or personal visit!“

„Perfect little cabin on the river. Listing had everything that was listed. I had several pretty chilly nights and it had adequate heat to keep me warm! Plenty of cookware. Rather large kitchen for a cabin this size. From my understanding the owners live next door to the property, but they never once botbered me which is nice! Easy to get in and out. Road is a little bumpy in/out but any vehicle can make it. Would love to stay again in the summer so i can enjoy the outdoor seating and river more!“

„Clean & comfortable. Carport was nice for unloading our vehicle, especially with the rainstorms we had. Pretty wisteria trees out back. Could use a trashcan in bathroom & ensuring all lightbulbs work. Appreciate host running over some lanterns when the electricity went out. Would recommend a stay here. “

„The A frame property over the large pond/tiny lake was exactly what we needed to feel secluded from the crazy life hubbub. Neighbors were quiet and thoughtful as they peacefully fished in their boats or from their docks. The kitchen, living area and the one bathroom is downstairs. Upstairs is just a bed and another twin bed. Tv up and down. The heater/air worked great. The deck and grill was awesome. The huge windows of the main area made me feel outside the whole time.
