„The property is spacious, well-maintained, and clean. All the necessary items are provided in the kitchen. If cooking smelly foods like grilled fish, garlic dishes, and curry were allowed, that would been great.“

„After we found the room (do some research and read the instructions well) It was incredible! Their was a separated bed room with a whole wall picture of the coach being held up by the team on it, autographed balls on the wall... and access to the roof. If you do manage to book it when the Rakutan Eagles play you have a closed circuit TV to the stadium!!!! We were very pleased! Make sure to park in the paid parking (there is a ticket validator in the room)“

"Room has a good size for Japanese standards. Breakfast is very good. Location is perfect. I try to contact the hotel some days before my stay and they never replied me. The staff is very friendly on the facility "

"Staff is fluent in English and check in/out process is very easy. The room is a bit smaller than some other APA hotel rooms but it still has the same quality bathroom and furniture. For some reason there was only one pillow instead of the usual two. There is a Lawson right next door and it only takes about 4-5 minutes to get to the Sendai Train station. The APA Hotel actually has a walkway that is connected to the train station / shopping mall building complex."
