It was comfortable, well appointed and just a couple blocks from downtown, the bike path, and trailheads for good hiking. I suspect we will be back next fall - we loved it so much!“

„We really enjoyed our stay! The lake is gorgeous and the house is well maintained and was very comfortable for 6 adults. The boat slip was used by the host’s family both days, which we didn’t know about until we received the check in information. Also, to sleep 6 some have to sleep on the couch or on an air mattress provided in the 2nd bedroom. We rented the wave runners and they were fabulous. They were a great way to explore the lake. We would highly recommend and stay here again. “

„Cozy cabin has a nice deck to sit outside and enjoy the water views! We had cool, rainy weather, but the firepit and wood burning stove were fantastic. No wi-fi or hair dryer, but that is certainly not a deal breaker. Having a boat dock was great. The steps to get to the cabin are no joke, pack light! So glad the steps were wrapped in string lights since we arrived at night. Great stay!“

„Upon entering the property, you are greeted with spectacular views of the lake. The house was built to highlight the beautiful, well-maintained outdoor space. The property has everything you could need, such as fishing gear, kayaks, life vests, all kitchen appliances, towels, a large kids' area, and an outdoor hot tub. This home is your home away from home and makes a great family vacation.“

The place was pet friendly and I feel like that always comes with a little cleanliness compromise, but it was not dirty, just a little worn. The downstairs boathouse bathroom toilet and upstairs dryer needs attention.
