„I traveled with my sisters and brother-in-law. All of us are seniors (over 62). The house was clean, spacious and had a nice back patio and yard. Location was good if you like privacy and quiet. Like living in the forest away from town, yet just a short drive to downtown. We loved it. I would go back. “

„The cottage was perfect for a quick get away. The fire stove kept the cottage cozy and warm. It was close to down town for walking and only a short drive Heart Lake for a hike. Everything was so comfortable and inviting - the bed was the best! “

„Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und naturnah gelegen. Es kommen sogar Rehe bis zum Haus. Beim Einchecken lief die Waschmaschine und der Trokner noch, was nicht sein sollte. Die Esstische innen und auf dem Balkon waren nicht gereinigt. Der Balkon selber und das Geländer waren sehr staubig. Liegt wohl daran dass nahe am Haus eine Schotterstraße vorbei führt und es doch zu einer erheblichen Staubentwickerlung kommt, auch bedingt durch viele Autos die die vorgegebene Geschwindigkeit nicht einhalten. „Beautiful property and a working cattle ranch. Took the family and 2 grandkids. Fishing was a bit difficult, but lots of other fishing spots close by. We liked feeding the horses carrots. Cows were great to see all around. Ranch manager Tim was really helpful with tips. Nice ranch to hike all over. “

„Three night stopover on our way home to San Francisco from Klamath Falls. Very private, gorgeous surroundings/breathtaking views of Mt. Shasta and beyond. „We had a wonderful stay in McCloud! The house was well stocked with kitchen equipment and is very comfortable to cook in. The placement of the bedrooms provides plenty of privacy. Despite being there during an extreme heat wave we were able to keep the temperature of the house very comfortable by following the directions provided. Many scenic spots were easily accessible. We spent most of our time in lakes.“
