„Sarnai is amazing! From arrival to departure. Easy and smooth. Everything looked clean, cozy, comfortable and provided everything that is needed. It is a great stay in such a beautiful part of the world. It is evident the host has put attention, care and awareness into this place. Everything is great from the vibes, views to the surrounding nature. I particularly like that each room has it's "own name". Sarnai is highly, highly recommended, one of my new favorite places. “

„Everything we needed was accommodated. It is a big home perfect for families and friends. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away in a beautiful garden. Our host kept a clear line of communication, no issues whatsoever. Highly recommended. “

„Only there for a night. The host/manager could have done a better job explaining how to get there, instead of simply suggesting to use Waze maps! Also, they are building a new house at the bottom of the property, so it's a little dangerous having to walk thru a construction site to get to the beach down below. „This stunning villa is undoubtedly one of the top three places we've ever stayed! We absolutely loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. Alejandro, Enrique, and Anika were outstanding hosts, going above and beyond to assist us with transportation to the lake. „Do not book here. Literally no customer service. Signs are not clear on where the hotel is. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds ever. You’re better off sleeping in a hostel for cheaper. There’s two night clubs that blast music all night; which is what was expected. But the clubs were super lame overall. You’re pretty much in a room with a double bed and that’s all to it. „Brieuc and Kitara were amazing hosts and were attentive to all our needs. The property was extremely clean and the views were stunning and peaceful. I especially appreciate that there was an espresso machine, coffee maker, and even fresh coffee left for us. Very well organized transport to the hiking point; Nicholas, our tuk tuk driver, was very communicative and helpful. „Our family came for Christmas. The location was pretty and we had a nice time! We hired the cooks which was helpful! The only thing is that there are scorpions. The property is fun and nice though. “

„This property is absolutely stunning. Excellent location, gorgeous pool hot tub, incredibly helpful staff around the property and a wonderful trip! Aaron was SO HELPFUL in arranging our transportation to and from the airport and around the lake. He also helped arrange our groceries prior to arrival and was nothing but wonderful to work with! “

„My reservation got cancelled as I was arriving to the property at 5:22 the day of checking in. me and the rest of my family (16 members) had to scramble to find another place without any large amounts of cash, as my refund didn't take place immediately, i have no words to describe our experience- we were left stranded in a foreign country with not many options,“

"Super schönes Hotel. Ruhig gelegen und in Gehdistanz zum See und dem sehr ursprünglichen Ort. Personal sehr aufmerksam. Essen war super lecker. Einziger Minuspunkt, es waren gleichzeitig 2 grössere Reisegruppen dort. Hatte aber keinen Einfluss auf den Service. Und ich bin mir nicht sicher, aber ev. erhielt ich dadurch ein grösseres und noch schöneres Zimmer😊."
