„Property was absolutely beautiful. The only knock that we have is we had an early flight and talked to the concierge about needing our car that we had valet parked very early in the morning and was instructed to call the number on our valet ticket as they were available 24 hours a day. The next morning we started calling at 3:00 AM and there was no answer. After calling for a half hour we went to the lobby and was told that you need to call the front desk after hours to get a valet parked ...

„The people we worked with were all great. The front desk manager, the activities agent Lori was super great and a few of the staff around the facility. I do however wish the hotel was more updated. It just has an older appearance. Also i wish there was never a bug issue. We do always see some kind of bugs in our rooms/on the floor. Also i wish the bathrooms were spick and span, specially the floors. Oh and the beds are very hard, i dont prefer that firm. For those that do, they will love that! ...

„Stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday with my extended family of 15. Communication with the host was easy, the house was in excellent condition and the location right on the beautiful beach was a huge bonus. The house is huge but a funky layout. Only 6 of the bedrooms have bathrooms, because the master suite has 2 full Bathrooms. Would definitely suggest this house. Loved our stay. “

„Haben in 12. Stock eines der vielen, für Myrtle Beach typischen Hochhäuser, ein großes Zimmer gehabt,, mit Meerblick. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, nicht jeder mag aber Hochhaus. Die Anlage mit Indoor Swimmingpool, ist eher was für Kinder und Familien. Der Strand ist aber direkt vor der Tür und bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten Ruhe und Entspannung zu finden.“

„Dana vom Empfang war sehr nett. Unser Gepäck könnten wir ab 11 Uhr abgeben. Das Zimmer gab es an 15 Uhr. Wir kannten stayApt schon aus San Antonio. Gerade die Küche ist hilfreich. Mir persönlich würde im Bad eine Dusche reichen. Hier gibt es eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang. Das Hotel ist recht neu. Der Gesamteindruck ist positiv. “

"Schönes neuwertiges Hotel mit großem Zimmer. Frühstück war gut. Pool leider geschlossen trotz super Wetter. Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt ( wir waren 2 Tage dort) Einige Stellen im Bad könnten sauberer sein. Alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt."

"Gute Lage um Charleston und Umgebung zu besuchen. Schönes und sauberes Zimmer, toller Pool mit kostenlosen Spielen. Leider war das Wasser nicht sauber. Sehr nettes Personal am Empfang, das uns gute Empfehlungen zum Essen gegeben hat."

"Der Service an der Rezeption war ein wenig sonderbar. Die Mitarbeiterin war bei den beiden Gruppen vor uns sehr ausführlich und auffallend freundlich, wir wurden abgefertigt. Vielleicht war unsere Hautfarbe zu blass… Eher nicht kundenfähig, eine weitere Mitarbeiterin hat sich ganz anders aufgestellt und hat das schlechte Zimmer (Lage, Zustand, Sauberkeit) sofort getauscht."
