„Prima ausgestattet, netter Kontakt, nur die Internet-Verbindung über den Extender klappte nicht so gut, aber im Garten ging es dann prima (wohl ohne Extender). Schön war auch, dass man zur Manini-Bucht mit prima Schnorchel-Option zu Fuß gehen konnte, da spart man sich das Boot und die Kayaks.“

„This is a very outdated place, pretty rundown, and rude an in friendly management, 300 $$ for a 30yo ugly sofa bed .. don’t expect sand beaches it’s a fake and rocks allow no beach access. Avoid this place.“

„This was the perfect location for our stay. We were a 1 mile drive from Magic Sands Beach and 1 mile drive to local shopping, dinning and entertainment! While we chose to drive everywhere, the location is totally walkable to all the attractions. Also, before booking I read reviews, and apparently other condos do not have AC. This one DOES have AC. „Super schöne Lage (hatten Unterkunft direkt am Ozean), grosszügige Raumgestaltung. Schade gab es keinen direkten Zugang um im Ozean zu schnorcheln. Aufpreis für Klimaanlage finden wir für eine solche Unterkunft und in dieser Klimazone übertrieben. Auch die sehr hohe Reinigungspauschale ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Für uns sind dies versteckte Kosten, welche eigentlich im offiziellen Preis enthalten sein sollten (würde aber natürlich Kundschaft abschrecken).“

„Large apartment and basically nice facility. Apartment had only one queen bed, although we had booked a king bed. There was no air conditioning available. So we had to sleep at about 30 degrees Celcius (90 degrees Fahrenheit), which was anything but relaxing. So these were the 4 worst nights on our 4 week Hawaii trip. An alternative room with air conditioning was - on repeated requests - although promised, but never offered. A compensation was not done. Therefore, we can not recommend this ...

„We really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully laid out house. The pool, the location and the layout of the rooms are really great! To get to a 5 star rating, however, the house needs in one or the other place a repair and basic cleaning (stairs to the pool wobbles, pictures and walls partially yellowed, in one or the other place wobbles or missing something). „今回は３泊だけの滞在でサイトの評価も高くはないので期待していませんでしたが…私的には高評価の宿泊先だと思います。最近のコナは街中が有料の駐車場になってしまい登録も面倒なんですが…部屋から街までは歩いて買い物や食事に行けます。部屋に割り当てられた駐車スペースも十分に有り夜もライトが付いていました。プールは少し狭目ながらも深さの有るプールと景色は最高です。各階にコインランドリーとゴミ捨て場も有りました。気になる点で言うとラナイが隣の部屋から覗けてしまうので隣人とのコミュニケーションが気になる点と冷凍庫は使用は出来ますが毎日少量の水が漏れてくる事でした。全体的に高評価でまた利用したい施設です。“

„The house had plenty of room to accommodate our party of 15 adults. The views off the back lanais are indescribable. Dolphins were a giving us some morning entertainment on one of our mornings there. We drove a little way down to Hapuna Beach and saw sea turtles. „The view from the condo lanai was amazing. The condo had everything we needed: beach chairs, beach towels and snorkeling gear. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The bedroom is on the street side of the building with the windows open this makes it a bit noisy for sleeping. If you like to walk or run, the location is great but stores are a little far if youjust want to grab a cup of coffee.The owner was very attentive and easy to contact.
