„The property was good and a solid choice for a quiet stay on the island. It was disappointing that the restaurant was closed for renovations however the Coral Sea restaurant located a 10 minute walk away offered a great option. Te good “

„Tracy is a wonderful host! She presented us with many ideas for activities and was in direct contact with us multiple times to insure that our stay was to our liking. We originally were planning to stay in Fredricksted, but changed last minute. We made the right choice. We are already talking about going back and Tracy will be our first choice.“

„Great house, has island vibe throughout. Upstairs is open with nice kitchen. House was perfect size for me, 13 yo son and his friend. Both bedrooms open to the pool. Pool is small but a very nice amenity and is in shade in the afternoon when you want to relax . Beach was quiet and snorkeling was good. Bring water shoes if you want to go walking to get around the rock on west side. Really enjoyed our stay and will come back“

„Overall we had a really nice stay, condo is just as described and excellent communication from the owner. You can't get any closer to the beach, just outside the back door. Nicely stocked kitchen and bath with a really comfortable bed. Nice and quite location with a great pool area. Nothing negative to say about the condo itself or the amenities. There are a couple inconveniences about the beach area, there's a gentleman responsible for maintaining the area with a bobcat, he would start around ...

„Sunrises in the morning, sunsets at night, all from the comfort of the patio and tide pool. Sea View Play is by far my favorite villa I have ever stayed in. The view is spectacular and incredibly photogenic and the fact the living room opens up to experience that makes this a must stay villa in my opinion. Rob is a fantastic host and was incredibly quick to respond and made sure we had a great time. I can't recommend this place enough! We'll be coming back for sure.“

„Our stay at the condo was great. It is centrally located on the island, so we could drive anywhere we wanted to go easily. It is a few minutes drive into Christiansted where there are plentiful restaurant options. It is close to groceries and gas stations. JoAnna was a very responsive host and helpful with recommendations. Check in was easy, the place was clean, the complex had a nice pool. It was quiet during our stay. I would stay here again.“

„Es handelt sich hier um kein Hotel sondern um eine Apartmentanlage welche vermietet wird. Die Wohnungen groß und mit allem ausgestattet. Der Strand ist ganz ok aber kein "WAU" Effekt. Supermarkt in der Nähe und auch 2 Restaurants welche ganz toll sind - vor allem das Breezez - aber trotzdem benötigt man ein Auto. “

„The views saved the day! Convenient location to Christansted. The neighborhood was a little worrisome but we had no trouble. The exterior of the property is rough & showing its age. We had to slam the entry door to shut it. Property owner very responsive and helpful with suggested places to eat etc.“

„Beautiful beach access. It has everything you need. Water tastes horrible, and fridge makes an awful sound when it starts up running. Couldn’t find the a/c switch, but it was great to have the place open and to listen to the waves. A definite place to come back to stay and would recommend to couples or just a lone traveler such as myself. “

Hosts were responsive and gave lots of valuable info before the stay. The beach in front of the condo was lovely.
