„We stayed at Rest Ashore in Spanish Wells for four nights in early April. The property was pristine and the service from April was exceptional. Two couples had plenty of privacy and room to move around. The beds were comfortable and the house was spotless. The kitchen is well stocked for those that want to cook on vacation. „Jody and Tara made it so easy to enjoy Spanish Wells. Helped arrange our taxi/ferry from the airport, picked up with the golf cart, easy access to the beach, scheduling boat and Eleuthera land tours, it was so great. If it makes sense for you, bring some hand soap and laundry detergent so you have those without having to buy on the island which is more expensive. “

„Steps Away is truly less than a 1 minute walk to the most beautiful sand bar protected beach. Home is very comfortable. The home is across from what looks like a workshop with larger machinery but it was never active - truly never a sound. “

„Everything about this trip was absolute perfection! The house was fabulous and we had zero issues. The lounging patio out back was amazing to relax in the mornings and evenings. „This place is a great refugium and the spot can't get any better. If you prefer it causal, this place is hard to beat. Supermarket is in walking distance and to the harbor to buy some fish, takes about 10 minutes with the golf cart. There are kayaks in the shack to get out to the sandbank. From time to time we somehow managed it to bounce-off with a old fallen nut some green coconuts from the palm trees on the property to harvest our own coconut water - awesome. „Beautiful property on a busy street in the center of real Harbour Island. Our family of four (two adults & two teenagers) had far more space than we needed for our nearly week-long stay. The home and the gardens are stunning. The property is basically a fortress, with walls on all side, so views out are non-existent. „The location is great, just a short golf cart ride or long-ish walk from restaurants and the Pink Sand Beach, perched on a hill with lovely sunset views. The size of the rooms and the comfort of the beds is also very good. However the house is overdue for some updating both cosmetically and mechanically. “
