„Fantastic 3 day stay. Myself, husband, 2 daughters, 2 son in laws and 4 grandchildren ranging from 1 to 7. 10 people total. The pool was a big hit, lots of pool toys, towels and lifejackets. The house was well stocked, clean and easy entry. Communication was very prompt and friendly. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. Also extra heaters for the downstairs were provided as it was a bit chilly for the little ones. Owners were very gracious with a few requests we had. We would definitely stay ...

„This is a great option for anyone looking to have a space to relax and enjoy the company they are with while in Spokane. My family was in town for a wrestling tournament my daughter was participating in (she came in third in her bracket). „3bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood in Spokane central to just about anything. Washer dryer was nice! Hardwood floors, small kitchen, huge flat screen TV, even a good backyard with privacy fencing but because of the time of year we stayed we didn’t use much. Hot tub made relaxing easy!!“

„Ample lot, nicely landscaped with outdoor space. Interior decor clean and small cozy. Floors squeak in living room, but part of the vintage charm…we were there in winter, and stayed warm. Couldn’t necessarily use outdoors, but seemed great…“

„This was our youngest daughter’s first Christmas from home (attending EWU), so we all packed up and headed to Cheney to be with her. This was the perfect place to chill for the holidays.“

„I stayed here with my Son and Daughter-in-law, my experience was a wonderful one. The cottage is very charming, very clean, and cozy. „We had our business holiday party here and it was perfect! About 25 folks attended and we had plenty of space to bring in rented tables/chairs for eating and we were able to cater in food to the property for dinner. Kitchen was spacious and we were able to have a buffet line. Plenty of space to mingle and hang out! We had some folks coming in from out of town and they had a comfortable stay as well. Great spot, very clean, and fun property!“

„We really enjoyed the house. It is relatively unassuming from the outside, and very enjoyable inside. The beds were firm but surprisingly comfortable, the game room was tons of fun and the theater room has great recliners for relaxing and watching a great show. The back yard was very interesting as well, with some cool, unique rock formations and a large patio. We wished it had a hot tub since our stay was in January, but it was so enjoyable anyway. „Our 2nd stay and def will return; could use more kitchen plates, bowls, etc a blender would be great and a grill would be awesome!! But those are extras and did not influence our review as we knew what to expect. Mostly clean; shower curtain liners need replaced or cleaned. Other than that we do like the house location and comfort features. “

„Overall we had a great stay. The house is cute and comfortable in a good location. The only issues we would recommend fixing are. 1. The hot tub seemed to not have all jets functional, and there was alot of hair and dead bugs floating in it before we got in.2. The bedding had alot of visible stains. Probably needs a better cleaning or switch to darker colors.3. A door blocking the kitchen off from the back exit would probably greatly increase the ease of heating and cooling the home. „We were looking for a property that was big enough for my wife and I and our two sons and their families to all stay together for our Christmas get together.Six adults and five kids total. Also looking for plenty of activities for the kids ,so the hot tub, air, hockey table, theater, gym, and arcade games were all a draw. Also took the kids to the ninja gym, which is located about five minutes away. Dining table was big enough to accommodate us all which was also nice.“
