„We were in town for a concert at the Morris and this was the perfect spot for our crew to crash afterwards. Short uber ride downtown. Very spacious with plenty of beds. If you have a large group the 1 bathroom might not be ideal but it worked great for our group of 4.“

„It was a pretty cold weekend in South Bend when we stayed in this property probably part of the reason we couldn’t keep the house warm enough the 2 nights we were there. The inside temperature improved as the outdoor temperature hovered close to 30 degrees. Access to Notre Dame was easy which was why I picked this location. Altogether we found a nice place for the purpose of our trip. Thanks for keeping the property tidy“

„We had a Baby Shower planned here close to my daughter in laws family & this home was absolutely perfect. It had the perfect amount of space to take my mother, my daughter, and my grandson to stay with us while celebrating a baby shower. The only addition I would put in the home is a high chair and maybe a fold up pack and play but it was wonderful! Will stay again for sure. Check in & host were great. “

„The house was located close to everything in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and tidy. We brought our 2 dogs and enjoyed the fenced in backyard. Beds were comfortable and king bed had a nice mattress topper. Instructions for entry and departure were clear and easy. Had a nice stay.“

„Quick get-away to surprise my daughter for her birthday. Because we both have allergies it is much easier to have a kitchen at hand. Her and her roommates enjoyed the home-cooked meal and walkable location to ND. Home was clean well organized and provisioned. Communication was super smooth. Will keep on out list!“

„This property is perfectly located close enough to all the excitement but tucked away so you it’s still peaceful. The home is set inviting and cozy. I loved the extra touch of small blankets in the living room to use while on the couch. The host is very accommodating and helpful for everything we could need. „Our family had a great weekend visiting family. It offered everything and more and left us wishing we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back. The rooms were just what we needed, and the kitchen and living space was great to relax and connect as a family. The backyard was a huge bonus for the kids.
