„Property was exactly as advertised. Charming Farmhouse with plenty of space situated on a large property with a private beach. We even enjoyed some of the local restaurants, Captain Pat's Seafood and Tacos Haciendas.“

„Our family really enjoyed staying here. The house was spacious and there were many amenities. Outside, the property is large with a dock for fishing, a large lawn, small beach. We especially enjoyed the large indoor pool since a tropical storm came through toward the end of our trip. The owners were responsive and wonderful to deal with. „We stayed for a motorcross race (son was racing). We didnt do much at the house. Its nestled back in a quiet point on the water. Easy commute to and from to the grocery/simple shopping stores. Starbucks right down the street for you coffee lovers. The interior decor is simple and antique.“

„Couldn’t be happier with our stay. The house was exactly as pictured. Neighborhood was quiet with a small town feel. Most of the major appliances appeared relatively new, the beds were comfortable and the house was staffed with an abundance of linens and towels. Front and back yards are completely fenced in which is perfect for those with small dogs. North Beach is only a short drive from College Park, Baltimore and Annapolis. Check in was a breeze. Would definitely consider staying there ...

„My wife and I stayed two nights to visit family. Cottage was as described, very roomy and comfortable. Great location. Host was very kind. Only dislike was smell from oil heat, I've never had oil heat and not sure if that is normal.“

„We loved UpYonda! Erin and Mark are so nice and easy to communicate with. The home is beautiful and there really is everything you need there. The suite upstairs is beautiful and huge!! The view of the water is amazing and the wildlife was stunning. We saw a fox, Blue Heron and got video of an Otter rolling around in the snow on the dock! The stargazing is fantastic and we made a snowman. We loved it. “

„Beautiful place, very clean and nicely decorated. The only thing I wish was better was to have a bathroom upstairs and the stairs to be a bit easier to access, they are a bit tricky for those over 50:) nice view too!“

„The Blue Crab Beach House was perfect for my wife and I and our dog. Very comfortable with a great backyard space for our dog. We loved the location - it’s just a short walk to restaurants and the bay. Very enjoyable stay and we hope to return.“

„Our granddaughters live in the neighborhood and our youngest was having her first birthday! It was just my husband and myself, way more house than we needed but tons more comfortable than a hotel. The winter views of the Bay from the living room were awesome. I highly recommend you make a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. A few surprises with the house itself, the most egregious for me was the fireplace pictured is not functional. The hosts have done a nice job with this house and are still ...

"This hotel is a catastrophic failure! In ten days just one day cleaning service! Every day I was at the front desk to please clean up my room and they told me yes we will do but nothing! The cradled is not working at all and you have to go to the front desk several times. Very unprofessional staff and not once of the cleaning service understands a word in English. After 11 pm there suspicious people around the hotel and you don’t feel really safe. Many times officers were around the hotel. The rooms are from the late 70’s and very dirty and smells very badly. I don’t know how this becomes a Marriott Hotel and it seems like Marriot has not an Audit for years here… Never ever again!!! "
