„Clean, cozy, and a great view of the lake!“

„Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better location for a long weekend of fishing and relaxing. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and the sunroom was perfect for morning coffee and evening beverages after a long day on the water. Troy was a great communicator and was very responsive. We will definitely be back!“

„We arrived late at night and left early in the morning. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, plenty of hot water, we have no complaints. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the location and the cafe as we were just a short overnight stay. We would stay again.“

„This place is beautiful! House was spacious and open! Bigger than we pictured! Only issue we had was the bath tub which is considered the “hot tub” in the post was really dirty once we put the jets on. Other than that this place is breathtaking! “

„We really appreciated the size and spaciousness of the log cabin, and our ability to host Thanksgiving dinner for our extended family. The setting above the Missouri was gorgeous as well. Amanda was a fantastic host and had everything ready for us when we arrived, as well as promptly answering a few questions as we got settled. Highly recommended!“

„This was the first time for us to come back to Pierre in many years, having grown up here and now living in Texas. It was delightful to find out that we were staying in a house that belongs to someone who knew our father from "back in the day." He even dropped in for a little visit! The house had everything we needed to be comfortable for the week - washer/dryer, full kitchen (we cooked breakfast every day and supper at least twice). „We chose this place as lodging while in the area on business. The place has all the amenities one might need for a stay (full kitchen, laundry, WiFi, streaming TV for entertainment). Very clean and welcoming, nicely decorated. The neighborhood was very quiet. Kitchen had almost everything one would need to prepare meals in terms of dishes, utensils and dinnerware. Only suggestion is to provide a pizza cutter! :) Would definitely stay here again and will consider it on my next business trip!“

I would suggest a binder with WIFI info, special things about the home, what to do with the bedding (leave it as is or strip the beds), whether you are to wash your dishes and put away or leave, local attractions, stores, etc. “
